Very bad experience with the customer service. Checked in already faced error from the staff. Parked the campervan, set up the charging and was told to shift to another lot. Power socket was faulty. Called after work customer service, but the staff was equally not helpful. She just told me cannot do anything, had to wait for the next day. Imagine, if your campervan power is running low and the whole parks is fully booked?
