Good,comfortable hotel

We booked this travel lodge as my mum had to be at the papworth hospital earlier The next morning, my mum had to have oxygen and the lady on reception was rude to her didn’t speak to her directly but referred to her and disable all the time, we had oxygen delivered to the room which I confirms with another staff member over the phone a few days before we arrived and was told It wasn’t a problem, we ended up needing an engineer out as the oxygen wasn’t working and we just got tutted at by said staff member, when we made a complete to the travel Lodge all we got was you booked via a third party so there own staff wasn’t a problem, would stay here again if I was paid too, rude with no need to be

Even though the hotel is far from Cambridge downtown, it is clean and surrounded by several stores where one can get everything when needed. The reception ladies are very handful, and they provided help when we needed it. Getting an Uber from the hotel is also tricky, as it depends on the time of the day you request one.

First visit at this Travelodge for business. Signage isn’t great found it hard to find however staff were very kind and apologetic when I arrived they also recommended a lovely cafe in the nearby village. Seemed a little dated but the cleaners have done a good job with what they have. Lovely scenery outside. Would stay here again.

Staff friendly, easy to get to from dual carriageways. Quiet and large parking area . Clean and best value for money. Miss the stripy curtains. After the revamp. We hate grey woolly curtains only suitable for battle ships . Very comfortable bed . Great thermostatic shower . See you again soon. Thanks

Not a good place if I’m being honest. Terrible, worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Tooth paste from previous visit was in sink. Poor condition. Window area unclean not been touched in years.
