We had a couple hockey teams staying at the hotel at the same time as us and the staff ensured we had a quiet night.

Our overall experience was awesome. Cory was able to get us an early check in which was awesome. Super friendly staff, clean room, hotel was clean.

Loved the big room, Dove bath products, hot breakfast, clean bed linens, abundant pillows.

This property is dated. At a minimum, all hotels should have USB port for charging devices.

Nice clean hotel. Bad lighting in bathroom for getting ready but other than that it was a great experience. Great breakfast and easy parking in a good location.

Overall the hotel is really nice. Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. They were falling behind in cutlery when we were there. Kids were running up and down hallway until 10:45 or so which was annoying.

Very lovely environment, the staff were really helpful and polite, I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking.

Unfortunately there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night but it was managed very well!

HUGE room walked in an wow...totally our go to place for trips to Edmonton. Everything u could ever need within a few minutes walk and oh East Side Mario's...need I say more lol Kids loved the waterslide...hot tub for me and GREAT breakfast and courteous staff!!

Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast excellent. The check in was easy and pleasant. All around, it was an enjoyable stay.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff at the front desk and in the breakfast nook. Great breakfast included with room rate, both hot and cold options. Lots of free parking. Quiet - we stayed on a Wed-Thu-Fri nights. Comfortable beds, spacious room included small microwave, mini fridge. Bathroom amenities were Dove brand. Only drawback was the bathroom’s water pressure was low (room on 3rd floor), which meant a long time to fill the tub or a pretty gentle shower. Overall excellent stay and would return.

Clean large rooms. Large fitness room and pool. Free breakfast. Reasonably priced.

Hotel was fine. For almost $200 a night, the housekeeping was non-existent. Check in was good but the hotel was quite loud between rooms. First day house keeping came in to half make the beds and change the garbage and towels. The next day however they never made the beds nor provided new towels or coffee and with 3 people in a room it was unacceptable - but changed the garbages. Sincerely - not worth the money. Breakfast was ok but nothing over the top at all. For a Ramada - this was a reason not to book again. Their standards have suffered and the profit seeking has become more important than customer service. Image is of 2.5 days of towels after they were not picked up and just became a pile on the floor.
