位置優越！距離海灘僅幾步之遙。早餐不錯！屋頂游泳池和酒吧很棒。我會推薦！

很棒的酒店和位置，但他們可以通過延長餐廳和客房服務的時間來改善。餐廳在晚上 10 點關閉，他們在 1800 點停止供應酒吧食品。1800 點之後無法訂購食物。我希望酒店能提供更好的服務收費 200-300 美元/晚。

早餐很棒！烤箱視野極佳。隔壁陽台有吸煙者…不太好！室溫很奇怪，因為即使在攝氏 25 度，房間看起來也很涼爽。唯一的另一個問題（非常小）是椅子在我們上方刮擦的聲音很大。但是：總的來說，這是一家很棒的精品酒店，如果我們回來，我們會在這裡預訂！

This property has a great location overlooking a small bay with a nice beach. The property is fresh and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cons: I had a small seaview room. The problem was that seaview is a southern exposure and the sun, even in October, was unrelenting. Had to keep the drapes closed the whole time to try to control the heat. I had the AC at its coldest setting and it did little to cool the room. Tried opening the balcony door at night and was rewarded with a bunch of bug bites. This is not a hotel to book if you have a car. Even in October every space within many blocks was taken. Returning one afternoon from a day of sightseeing, I had to drive around for 40 minutes before finding a space. Finally I think of a boutique hotel as something quaint and quirky, perhaps with unique decor reflecting the local culture. This hotel is part of a chain and is rather soulless.

The hotel is very comfortable, staff kind and happy to help. Breakfast delicious and area nice, although I prefered the beach a bit further from hotel. The beach right in front of the hotel was too small. Even in off season it was full and was hard to find lounger at upstairs pool. You can take bus to Palma center for 2 eur but it takes some time or taxi for ~20 euros.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right infront of the beach. Breakfast was so delicious and there are so many places to eat around rhe area, so we didnt have to worry about food. Overall I had a great time during my stay here and definitely will come back in the near future.

I have been travelling many countries for around 20 years and although this hotel is not a 5-star hotel, their customer service including receptionist, restaurant staff are far better than those so-called 5 stars hotel. In particular, Aina, who is the only receptionist, her service was totally professional and courteous. She wrote me several emails to remind my arrival date and time and offer my an upgrade option. Moreover, I forgot the name of chef in the kitchen, he could even remember I ate 2 sunny side up eggs with pancake the day before and I only met him once. However, please remind to book the superior room with front sea view and jacuzzi, you will be stunned with the huge balcony and amazing sea view because other normal rooms are very room. I feel deeply grateful to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and I hope I can visit Majorca again. This trip in Majorca is my best trip in entire life apart from Maldives trip. Highly recommend.
