THB巴伊亞格蘭酒店(THB Gran Bahia Hotel and Apartments)

Absolutely lived it here! Glad we had booked this, so much around the area, shops, beach, dinner options etc. The breakfadt buffet was just brilliant. Recommended to definitely stay here if your on this side of Picafort. The baby cot was good quality and big! Had to drop a star due to some stuff not working in the bathroom like the shower head leaking out by the side and the hairdryer but staff helped us with everything :) 5/5!!! We'll be back!

Séjour en demi-pension dans cet hôtel, avec vu mer. Chambre spacieuse, très propre , linge de toilettes , serviettes de plage à disposition. Le buffet est très bien , de la viande et du poisson sur plancha tous les jours, grand choix d’entrées et de desserts . Très bon séjour. Situé dans un quartier très commerçant, on peut résidé ici sans voiture, tout est à portée. Pour notre part, nous avions loué une voiture, pas de place de parking , on se gare dans la rue , partout où il n’y a pas de ligne jaune, c’est gratuit mais nous sommes fin avril à voir en juillet et août ( même si les hôtels en général ne semblent pas équipés de parking ).

在酒店住了一個星期。顯然，接待人員和辦理入住手續還不錯，但不是經過培訓的四星級酒店員工。這位女士正在為我服務，她與她的同事互動，他們聊了幾分鐘，顯然她沒有不用擔心客人正在等待，我們正在辦理入住手續……絕對不是四星級酒店的體驗。終於拿到鑰匙和房號了。顯然，房間不是很大，但考慮到我們在海灘上度過一整天，房間足夠兩個人住了……房間非常乾淨，客房清潔人員負責清潔。最大的缺點是餐廳服務員的粗魯……我確實知道酒店因為季節原因很忙，其中一些人很累，但為什麼應該反映在顧客身上……？這位女士一臉不高興地走過來問我要不要喝點什麼，當我說我可以，謝謝時，她只是抓起桌子上的空杯子，臉上沒有任何高興的表情……顯然我是來度假放鬆的不是打架或抱怨任何事情，但有些情況只是荒謬和非常不愉快的。總體而言，酒店位置不錯，接待處很漂亮，房間也很漂亮，但工作人員確實需要良好的客戶服務培訓……還有一點關於食物，早餐還可以，但晚餐需要在菜單上多做一些工作……準備好支付晚餐中的任何飲料費用半膳時間……晚上餐廳裡甚至都不能使用飲水機。我不認為這是正確的……但是我希望一切都好，明年再來，因為地理位置優越……

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu to jego największy atut. Z większości okien cudowny widok na morze, położony jest przy samym deptaku. Duże lobby, pokoje nie za duże, ale funkcjonalne i dające komfort. Basen nie za duży i ciężko w nim o leżaki. Restauracja hotelowa ok - na śniadanie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (może za wyjątkiem jajecznicy która jest robiona z proszku i okropna w smaku). Personel bardzo miły. Kolacje w hotelu urozmaicone, niemniej nie jest to jedzenie najwyższych lotów i kojarzy się raczej ze stołówką. Natomiast w okolicy jest mnóstwo fantastycznych lokali gdzie można na prawdę dobrze zjeść - dlatego najbardziej się opłaca wybrać nocleg wyłącznie ze śniadaniami. Plaża na przeciwko hotelu jest publiczna, 2 leżaki ii parasol kosztują 17 Euro za jeden dzień, ale to standard. Hotelu umożliwia pobyt w przypadku późnego lotu - do dyspozycji jest basen, lobby, przechowalnia bagażu, oraz w pełni wyposażone łazienki i prysznice co jest bardzo miłym udogodnieniem. Ogólnie na tle innych hoteli w tym miejscu wypada naprawdę rewelacyjne i jest godny polecenie.

It is our 2nd time in Can Picafort, we had walked past this hotel and admired the pool many times on our last visit so we decided to book it for this holiday. We did not realise it wasn't just the white building but the larger hotel next door also that shared the small pool area. As a couple with a nearly 3 year old we was looking forward to days by the pool....unfortunately all the 39 sunbeds (yes only 39 beds for 2 big hotels!) These were all 'reserved' by 7am! Even though the pool did not open until 10am. We didn't get to go around the pool area once in our weeks visit! Some beds were taken early and still no one had sat on them until gone dinner time. Our room was lovely. A 1 bed apartment although the only dividing part was a noisy sliding door that showed light through from the kitchen/living room area. We had paid extra for a front sea view but one of our balconies was definitely a side view and this was the one with the chairs and table. The reception/bar area was dead every day and night. Looked closed most the time. Overall, not somewhere we would book again. No atmosphere, nothing for kids, pool was non existent to us! Recommend drinks at Jamaican Bar, JS Miramar Hotel.... Recommend food at Dakota, Jamaican Bar and El Gaucho. Definitely highly recommend Can Picafort but we definitely won't be back to this hotel.

Appartement avec 1chambre neuf, joli mais la clim ne fonctionne que dans le salon et la salle de bain, un technicien nous a confirmé que c'était normal.Donc nuit difficile avec 35 degrés a l'extérieur . Pas suffisamment de transat autour de la piscine . Piscine gardée par un maitre nageur. Porte qui peut etre ouverte juste en l'ouvrant fort sans la clé. Bon petit déjeuné, dîner demi pension sans les boissons meme pas l'eau est gratuite. Et repetitif. Sinon tres bel emplacement mer superbe et a proximité de tout .

We stayed in July 2022 for one week. Hotel is great located right near to the beach and in the middle of the resort. Staff is really helpfull & friendly. Hotel is really clean. Our apartment with sea view was fully equipted and modern. Food was ok as well.

An ideal location on beach and walking distance to everything Had a one bedroom apartment sea view, decor was good, well appointed and really clean with two balconys. Great hotel, all staff really nice and helpful especially in Resturant bar

混合住宿我解釋一下，勞拉在令人遺憾的接待處歡迎您！最後一刻犯了一個錯誤（所以酒店與此無關，但我們也沒有），所以我們想支付額外費用才能擁有想要的公寓，但勞拉沒有努力理解，她告訴我們，酒店已滿員，但奇怪的是，我設法在************ 預訂了房間，她告訴我好吧，但我發現自己付了2 個房間的錢！羞愧！第二天經理就很包容了，只收了我們一間房的錢，所以問題解決了，但我們在過程中損失了兩天半的時間。除此之外，現代化的公寓位於海灘邊緣，配有游泳池，很實用，但游泳池存在問題，因為許多酒店都有顧客一大早就來預訂躺椅，這是未經授權的，但酒店什麼也沒做，所以沒有躺椅免費為受人尊敬的人。正橋還是很友善的，接待經理和泳池服務員也很熱情，飯店很乾淨
