I have had the pleasure of staying here several times in several different seasons and have found the accommodations to be totally relaxing and a great place to recharge. The butter restaurant here is the best place in the Pocono’s to get a gourmet meal snd a trained staff is there to help. Plenty of near by attractions offer diversity snd you feel well rested by your stay. It is open most of the year snd offers private catering fur life vents . I highly recommend

We went for a mother daughter getaway. The place is cozy, clean, wonderful decoration, welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and the host Carole was warm and friendly and made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

The room and bed were comfortable. The meals at their restaurant Butter were fantastic! The owners are wonderful and fun to talk to. Marc, also the chef, clearly loves what he does and it shows in his cooking. The brook is an added bonus. Thanks for a great anniversary stay and attention!

We originally booked a single night in their largest room but due to issues opening our seasonal home made it two nights. Nicely done rooms with nice snacks snd water, , comfortable bed snd loads of parking and help our luggage. The owners are known to us and it was all first name basis snd very pleasant The staff made us feel Like part if the family and the best part was then amazing dinner snd breakfast that we received. Their restaurant Butter manned by Mark a new tribes snd seasoned chef had multiple diecisls and the veal chop Was just fabulous. Vonecc nc snd see gur yourselves

First it’s easy to find that’s always a plus. It’s cozy but not small. It’s absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Slept like a rock under the warm comforter. The real highlight here is breakfast. Chef own Mark made us the best pancakes I believe I have ever had. Even 12 hrs later I’m snacking thinking I must write a review. Family and pet friendly this place way perfect!

This was not a room at the inn—it was a closet. 8 x 9-foot, 18 inches from the foot of the bed to the facing wall. A 1.5-inch trip hazard from the room to the bath galley (not a room; all rooms had this except higher), cracked toilet seat, peeling paint. No fireplace or water as stated; TV didn’t work and after four visits by the repair man (the innkeepers were not there), we gave up and left a day early. Dirty pillow cases and the “spare blanket” had grass on it. No place to put suitcases so we had to put them on the steps from the door into the room. Lock on door is broken—can only lock from the outside. No sign-in or ID check as required. Sketchy doesn’t begin to capture it. The restaurant is very nice but worlds apart from the inn rooms. Ask for photos of the rooms! $335/night and not worth $50. How bad is it when you are willing to get the heck out and leave over $335 on the table?!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights on a mid April holiday weekend for our anniversary. Not only did we have an amazing, relaxing trip but we are already planning to come back! Our king suite was perfect. We enjoyed having an extra sitting room to read a book and watch tv with the snacks left for us. Every room has its own private bathroom and we had a microwave and refrigerator. The Inn itself is so charming & cozy and the owners have decorated it so beautifully with every little detail. Mark immediately greeted us to make us feel welcome and showed us to our room and Carol told us about the candy dishes in the lobby! The first night we arrived late and ate in their restaurant, Butter. Mark went from showing us to our room to cooking the most amazing burger and pasta & lobster dishes we have ever had. Then we had breakfast the next morning and I ate every bite of my asparagus and truffle omelet. The food was so good we decided to eat dinner here again the second night. I cannot rave enough about the meals and Mark's chef skills. If you get the chance, ask him about it, you'll be amazed. There's a stream onsite with some chairs to just sit and relax and listen to the water. The seclusion for a few days was just what we needed. Thank you again Mark and Carol. We had a lovely time and we will definitely return.

Food was amazing, beds very comfortable and pets are welcome... couldn't ask for better
