İlk girişte direkt güler yüzlü karşılama güzel modern bir lobi mevcut her yer tertemiz hemen oda konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar müşteri memnuniyeti çok yüksek odaları modern temiz ferah en önemlisi tertemiz olması park yeri sorunu yok. Tatilimizde böyle bir otelde kaldığımız için ailecek çok memnunuz otel dışında tur konusunda vs de yardımcı oldular çok teşekkürler bu deneyimi yaşattığınız için kesinlikle fiyatına göre üst düzey otel.

Temiz, konforlu ve rahat bir oteldi. Ücretsiz WiFi işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Personeli güler yüzlüydü.Hepsinden önemlisi yemekleri lezzetliydi. Hafta sonu oğlumun sınıf arkadaşları ile oradaydık. Hepimiz için unutulmaz, keyifli anılar kaldı.

Otel de odada küpemi çaldırdım. Fakat odada kamera olmadığı için ilgilenmediler. 2 gecelik oteli tur şirketinin seçimi ile kaldım ertesi gün otelde takı çantamı açtığımda küpem yoktu. Yani ben odadan çıktıktan sonra kaybolmuş!! Ama odalarda kamera olmadığı için üstlerine alınmadılar. İlgilenmediler . Güvenliğiniz için tercih etmemenizi öneririm

Her şeyiyle o kadar güzel bir otelki.. Zaten daha girişte modern dizaynı ve personelin sıcak gülümseyişiyle kendinizi iyi hissediyorsunuz. Odaları tertemiz ve yatakları çok çok rahat. Ve kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

otel konum itibari ile güzel ve sessiz bir yerde,çalışan tüm arkadaşlar güleryüzlü konaklama için cok güzel bir mekan,klimalar biraz düşük çalışıyor,Hasan bey tüm müşteriler ile tek tek ilgileniyor.Teşekkürler biz memnun kaldık inşallah giden herkes memnun kalır

1 gece kaldık okul gezisi için. Yemekleri güzeldi. Kahvaltı beklentimin çok üstündeydi. Yeni ve tertemiz bir otel. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı ve iyi niyetliler. Çanakkale'ye yolum düşerse tekrar kalmak isterim. Hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz.

Çanakkale’de yeni yapılmış bir otel, hem temizliğinden hemde personelin güleryüzünden ***et memnun kaldık .Özellikle yerden ısıtma sistemi dolayısıyla son derece konforlu bir ısıtma sağlayan odaları var .İsterseniz balkondan da faydalanabileceğiniz güzel odlqrı var.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim .

Located 2km on main road from ferry terminal, clean & modern, some language difficulties at Reception, cozy rooms & satisfactory bed. Few TV channels, no English language TV channels. Uncomfortable HVAC centrally controlled at 22C day & night. Few good breakfast food choices but lots of pastry selections.

Yurdakul Hotel, Canakkale The reception was small and crowded when our group arrived. The rooms were very small and not enough space for our suitcases to open. The washroom/ Toilet was small and no place to hang anything including towels. Bed was good. The kettle for hot water was small and not very effective for hot water. The staff were very good and helpful. Not in a convenient location or close to the city centre. The meal (dinner) at the restaurant was below average. No variety, just dry chicken, rice, few fries, soup and not very fresh salad. The breakfast was OK. There was no prepared coffee, we had to use the packets with hot water to make our Own coffee. Overall not a 3 Star for Turkey. Overall, I would rate this a 2.5 star hotel.

This is a moderate hotel, relatively new and well maintained. It is located at the side of the main thoroughfare, but not too close to the city centre and the port. The hotel is relative cozy but well maintained; the room is standard sized and comfortably furnished for a good night sleep.

Exterior of hotel didn't impress upon arrival and neither did the lobby area. Only one young man available to help with luggage and an older gentleman who appeared to be the manager to check everyone in. The guest room was a pleasant surprise and far surpassed initial impressions, being large , newly decorated with a modern bathroom and rainfall shower. Both wifi and air conditioning worked well. Dinner was included in our package but seemed rather amateur. No choice for starter, a bowl of soup was simply brought out and served, followed by a choice of chicken and another dish, finished of with dessert which again was just served with no option. The restaurant only had the young guy who was acting as bellboy upon to carry out waiter duties and didn't offer drinks despite a bar area being just a few metres away. We did eventually manage to get a beer, but couldn't be bothered a second attempt. I think the hotel is missing out on an earning opportunity and could sell plenty of soft drinks and/or alcohol should they bring in another staff member to man the bar and offer drinks to the guests . Breakfast buffet was very limited.

No comforter in the room. Only thin blanket. Air condition didn’t work in many rooms - found that out as we were part of the group. Very small room and small bathroom. No swimming pool. No bell boy service No lights in the hallways 10-15 mins taxi ride (70 lira) from the city center / sea side / Trojan horse Staff was nice and the vegetarian food was ok although there were very limited options Breakfast average Wi-Fi is very poor. They turned off Wifi since last night and it’s not on yet Front desk people don’t speak English at all , except one - so, good luck getting any response when you talk to them Don’t waste your money at this hotel It’s not a franchise hotel so there are no minimum quality standards here

We stayed here for just one night. Excellent clean boutique hotel. Great service and the rooms are updated and nice. The enjoyed the on- site dinner that was provided. The bellman assisted us with our luggage. Only negative was that we couldn’t get any English channels on the TV.
