獨特公寓(One of a Kind Apartments)

Right from the beginning, Barbara and her team were friendly, helpful and made us feel we were visiting with friends! Check-in is a breeze, secure undercover parking a great feature, the apartment was as advertised - photos are true. Lovely sunny morning aspect in our upstairs apartment - but with good block out blinds you only had to see it when you wanted to! It's also comfy in all aspects, including lounge seating, heating and cooling, TV, dining table (small but ok for the two of us!) and a small balcony to sit to recover after your sight-seeing. Really great kitchen too - everything you may need, but also only 10 minutes walk from the amazing range of restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarkets in Dickson. Not sure we'll ever stay anywhere else when visiting our capital. Oh and the Light Rail also less than 10 minutes walk away takes you to the CBD quickly! Brilliant!

Excellent communication with the team made our arrival and access to the apartment easy. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and cafe/restaurant precinct within a pleasant walking distance. Would definitely stay again if returning to Canberra.

The property is indeed one of a kind, located in a quiet street at Dickson, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Property is clean, tidy and the host is very responsive. Will stay here again in our next stay in Canberra.

We are just about to check out of Apartment 7 which is Mexican themed. It is a beautiful and clean apartment with a comfy homely feel. Our 3 and 1 year old are with us and there was a cot made up waiting for the 1 year old. Check in information was all very clear and detailed in emails and sms before arrival. I think we have found out new place to stay when we come to Canberra. Well done on a fantastic venue!

Nice place on a quiet street, with the centre easily accessible a short distance away. The unit (5) was very clean (except for all the kitchen cupboard handles),but there were no small plates only large dinner plates. The keyless access to everything was a bonus, as was the secure parking. The blinds in the bedrooms were great for sleeping. Overall, we found this unit to be very nice and we would definitely come back.

Extremely clean and well maintained apartment. Plenty of space and the supplies of salt/pepper, basic kitchen essentials etc was appreciated. Having 2 bathrooms is extremely convenient when staying with friends. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were high standard and plentiful. Easy parking and easy access. The only slight letdown was that although there was a washing machine, there was no dryer, so due to the rain there was no chance of clothes drying for reuse as we had planned. We would stay again for sure.

Cosey and warm feeling apartment. Very convenient location. Nice set up inside. Ideally suited to a family as there are 2 stories and it's very spacious. Small outdoor private garden area would be great in warm weather. Underground parking was great as each apartment has a designated space.

A very clean and welcoming apartment.Had everything we needed.Nice to have a large secure underground parking space.Barbara was very helpful even to the extent of texting directions to the tram.Nothing was too much trouble.Will certainly stay here again when we are next in Canberra. Well priced and quiet.
