Best location , everything next to the hotel The beds comfortable

令人困惑，前台的那個人根本不是很有幫助。

Paid for three people only had adequate towels etc for 2, no spare blankets or bedding for the third person to use to sleep with on the pull out lounge. No information available for us to contact anyone out side of hours to fix the problem either.

The property was perfect for our requirement as we only needed a place to sleep in after conducting business nearby. The after-hours check in was seamless, with all the relevant check in information provided by text. Our short stay was very comfortable as the apartment was very clean.

We have stayed at the Abode Tuggeranong several times over the last few years. This time we were given a ground-floor apartment with a courtyard. Nice in principle BUT the shower curtain did not reach the floor so the bathroom flooded every time you had a shower. There was no toilet seat lid and the lounge was so filthy I could not sit on it. We will not be returning.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Parking, Cafe on premises with lovely, helpful staff. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

We have stayed before. A better experience than this time. Room was only adequate, oven sounded like a 3 stroke mower and service hit and miss. Good location.

Only issue was the first night people on room next door were so loud and banging and it ptevented my parents from getting any sleep

Our first time in Canberra, and we couldn't have stayed at a better hotel, all staff very pleasant and helpful, Our next stay In Canberra will be here.
