Paid for a luxury apartment, definitely not luxury. Fittings not working, room too small even though marketed luxury. When I pay for an advertised luxury accomodation I expect it. Spa bath only big enough for a small being and kitchenette leaking tap that is obvious, minibar is set up like a cheap motel. Lovely bathroom products, great smell and lovely feel. Furnishings lovely, team members lovely, restaurants on site are excellent, foyer and welcome of high quality.

Did stay here for 11 days and will book it again next time as it is conveniently located to reach the company office and the airport. Very nice is the Nespresso machine in the room and three capsules for free, especially as they have coincidently my favorite versions. Appreciate the walk in shower and although it is a bit strange that Joe's bar is also offering pizzas with their own oven, it is also possible the get the complete menu from Agostini also when sitting in Joe's bar. The breakfast at the Muse is also great and worth a try.

A stylish and comfortable apartment with many thoughtful touches. Set in a well run hotel with a a range of amenities (bar, restaurant, bookshop) all of which we enjoyed. A short walk to Coles, the Kingston hotel bottle shop, the bus stop…. And to the Manuka and Kingston shopping precincts. A great stay and we would like to return.

East is awesome and highly recommended. Has everything you want / need and service is top class. I loved it so much I refused to leave and locked myself in the room. Sadly, the police tear gas was stronger than me. 10 out of 10.

I loved the atmosphere of East Hotel. Great facilities - a restaurant, a bar, and a breakfast cafe. Decor was attractive. Our room was large and comfortable.

We had a lovely one bedroom suite that had all the amenities, washer, dryer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave ... etc. Could have stayed forever in that unit. Nice bathroom too!

We stayed just one night in a Studio Room. Staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with plenty of room for luggage and beautifully styled. Bathroom was great, with a full screen on the shower and great under-vanity storage. Comfy robes were a bonus. The hotel itself has a great vibe and is very stylish. Can recommend Muse for brunch and the Kingston Pub (across the road). Will definitely stay again.

Greeted by friendly staff, stayed for the long weekend. Very happy with our room, very comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfy. Walking distance to shopping, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and will return.
