Una experiencia inolvidable. Nos trataron de maravilla, siempre atentos e intentando ayudar. Al estar a medio camino entre la montaña y pueblos como Jaca es muy fácil moverse desde ahí también. El restaurante internacional también fue increíble. Muy recomendable

Toda una experiencia la de alojarse en un edificio con la historia y el porte de la estación de CanFranc. Todo el personal es profesional, amable y muy atento. La suite junior amplia, bien decorada y muy cómoda. Quizás cambiaría las dos camas unidas por una sola (kingsize), pero es un detalle menor. El bufé del desayuno muy completo y variado. La piscina climatizada un buen lugar para relajarse y la carta de servicios del spa (masajes y tratamientos de wellness) muy acertada. Merece una mención especial el CanFranc Express, el restaurante con estrella Michelin. El menú degustación, junto con la experiencia de abordar el vagón donde sirven el menú, es de lo más especial. Muy recomendable! Y enhorabuena a Eduardo Salanova y el equipo del restaurante por hacerlo posible.

Nice place, nothing to complain

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this "misunderstanding", for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

Hôtel et chambres magnifiques, restaurant très bon L'hôtel, les chambres et les restaurants sont magnifiques et nous avons très bien mangé. Par contre, il y a quelques points qui pourraient être facilement améliorés Par exemple, envoyer un e-mail avec les informations quelques jours avant pour signifier que: -Il faut réserver pour la piscine, que le bonnet est obligatoire et que l'accès est payant. -Il faut réserver au restaurant (peut être parce que nous y étions en basse saison)

Bon hôtel Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Hôtel confortable mais le personnel manque de formation à l’hôtellerie de luxe. Nous avons constaté plusieurs fois un manque d’attention à la clientèle : par exemple, très longue attente inacceptable à l’enregistrement. Un autre exemple : on préfère continuer à trier des menus ou plier des serviettes plutôt que d’accueillir les clients. On attend qu’une queue se forme ! Egalement problèmes de communication car tout le personnel ne parle pas au moins l’anglais...

Canfranc Station Hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s a destination in itself. Highly recommended!
