WEDDING NIGHT RUINED!! Stayed in Aurora building. Elevator broken, so in my WEDDING DRESS we were instucted to go through series of hallways, walk into and through the parking garage and then through stairwells that they were doing work on (filthy as result) and had scaffolding set up and blocks half of stairwell that you have to navigate around & through (in a wedding dress). Dress ruined now. So filthy from the parking garage & stairwell. Reading reviews, elevator has been broken for over 2 months!!!!! Are you kidding me?! Wanted to go outside after but couldnt because not even sure how to get out from the long navigating instructions given to get there and they would have had me sitting crying in a wedding dress in the garage lost unable to find my room ever again. Maybe I should have done that, then maybe they would given a care! Also they were aware it was wedding night months ahead became was written in instuctions that was wedding night when asked for late checkout, to which the reply was they dont do ealry check in (so obviously they struggle with reading & comprehension as well.) I also went to "pre check in" (give them all the info needed so didn't have to after the wedding) since booked under me & wasnt sure if I would send someone for keys prior during photos and total waste of my time on my WEDDING DAY as they seemed to know nothing about it later and had to do it all over again on our wedding night. We spent so much $ and they ruined our wedding night, such a special only once night.
