Spring Creek Vacations appartement 109 Timberstone Lodge réservé sur booking du 6 au 9 septembre 2024 à un prix supérieur à 500 euros la nuité suite à une belle mise en avant via 4 photos sur booking. Heureusement que cette réservation avait été faite avec la possibilité de l’annuler !!! Après une communication avec l’hôtel via l’application booking suite à notre réservation, nous avons découvert que nous risquions d’avoir des nuisances de bruits tous les jours entre 7h et 19h, même le weekend, information qui nous aurait été communiquée via booking lors de notre réservation. Après consultation, il apparaissait sur la version française la référence de l’appartement 109 - 2 BR Condo (Adding finishing touches, construction noise until Sept) en anglais. Après avoir échangé à plusieurs reprises avec le service clients de Spring Creek Vacations , le risque de nuisances m’étais confirmé, avec en complément l’information que le prix très élevé avait été baissé de 30% tenant compte de ses nuisances. Nous ne venions pas de France pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage pour nous retrouver avec le risque de nuisances de travaux. Nous avons donc changer notre réservation à Canmore. Sur place, nous avons constater qu’il y avait un énorme chantier encours devant l’appartement avec d’énormes nuisances visuelles et de bruits. Un vrai scandale de louer à ce prix et sans plus d’information sur la réalité des travaux. Vous êtes devant un chantier dans une ville où il y a énormément de travaux et pour longtemps !!! Fortunately, this reservation had been made with the possibility of canceling it!!! After communicating with the hotel via the booking application following our reservation, we discovered that we risked having noise pollution every day between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., even on weekends, information that would have been communicated to us via booking when we made our reservation. After consulting, the reference of apartment 109 - 2 BR Condo (Adding finishing touches, construction noise until Sept) appeared on the French version in English. After having spoken several times with Spring Creek Vacations customer service, the risk of nuisance was confirmed to me, with the additional information that the very high price had been reduced by 30% taking into account its nuisances. We did not come from France to celebrate our wedding anniversary to find ourselves with the risk of nuisance of works. So we changed our reservation in Canmore. On site, we noticed that there was a huge construction site in progress in front of the apartment with enormous visual and noise nuisances. A real scandal to rent at this price and without more information on the reality of the works. You are in front of a construction site in a city where there is a lot of work and for a long time!!!

El alojamiento (una unidad con dos recámaras, dos baños y estancia con cocina integral), excelente. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación en Canmore increíble con vista a las Montañas y a la orilla del río. Si volvemos, ya sabemos dónde reservar nuevamente

O residencial é excelente, a infraestrutura do apartamento e a região onde se insere são perfeitas. Fica a 15 minutos de caminhada de Canmore, então, o visitante vai desfrutando o passeio desde a saída do residencial até a chegada em 'downtown'. Vale a pena ficar, pelo menos 3 dias, para também curtir o entorno de Canmore, como Banff e as montanhas mais próximas.

Our family group of 7 had and incredible vacation while staying at the White Spruce Lodge at Spring Creek. The suite was very spacious and well appointed and the views from the windows and balcony were spectacular. Spring creek vacations were very responsive to all of our requests from early check in to extra towels. The town of Canmore is adorable and so much less crowded than Banff while still being incredibly close to Banff and other local attractions. The shops and amenities within the Spring Creek resort community were varied and interesting. We took good advantage of the cafes, grocery store, and wine store. Over all, we highly recommend staying with Spring Creek Vacations.

Tamarack의 숙박은 아주 훌륭했습니다. 방은 아주 크고 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 거실도 크고 가구들이 새것이었습니다. 룸에 그릴까지 있어 산을 바라보며 바베큐 음식을 즐길수 있었습니다 밴프까지의 거리는 30분 정도로 가까웠고 캔모어 다운타운은 조용하고 예뻤습니다. 다음에 또 방문하여 오래 지내고 싶습니다. 가족의 여행에 적극 추천합니다. 우리에게 좋은 여헹을 선물한 spring creek vacations 에 감사합니다

Appartement très agréable , confortable et bien équipé ( ustensiles de cuisine et lave linge + sèche linge ) propre et calme . La résidence est dans un quartier où on trouve restaurants , bars et épiceries . Banff se rejoint très vite avec la transcanadienne en bus ou encore à vélo .Je recommande sans hésitation.

Tres bel appartement, tout équipé et spacieux dans un resort charmant situé très proche du cœur de Canmore. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de cuisiner et de préparer un barbecue mais aussi le spa qui peut accueillir toute la famille ! Superbe résidence

Spring creek is breathtaking. Beautiful walks right from your doorstep. Condo is exceptionally well equipped and an oasis in itself. Filled with local art, spacious and south facing. Farmers market on Thursday is within walking distance too!

Beautiful unit. Everything was just as pictured. Gorgeous view of the Rockies. Easy check in and out. This unit had 2 bedrooms each with King bed, a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit, and heated underground parking! I would highly recommend to anymore!

Beautiful spaces with beautiful and modern finishes, perfect location and all the amenities of home! The beds are fantastically comfortable and check in/check out are a breeze. Situated in a beautiful and walkable area with great underground parking. Worth every penny!

The unit - 207B has all the comfort of a home away from home and very Clean, the view is stunning♥️ the location has all the amenities you need, A perfect location with “Bridgette Bar” right beside the Condo. Will definitely refer to friends and anyone looking for a place to stay in Canmore/Banff.

Happy and helpful front desk went above and beyond. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. Apartment was above our expectations very comfortable and clean with everything you need. all my friends loved their stay in your suites and Canmore was a beautiful little town..

The condo was ideally situated in Canmore, close to amenities and some fantastic bars and restaurants (Bridgette Bar was a favourite of ours). The condo was spacious, clean and had fantastic views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Spring Creek!

Very pleased with how clean it was. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were soft & fluffy. Canmore is a great little town with cool shops and eateries. So glad we stayed in this area instead of Banff. The only slight challenge was finding the right building to turn into. It’s easy to get turned around at night. The actual building is not very well marked and difficult to see at night. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. Wonderful experience.
