We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to "our room" we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.

The room was decent although a few things like the shower could use a slight renovation. Also for this type of hotel I was surprised that things like lotion or conditioner was not available in the room and I had to request it from reception. The bed was quite confortable and the breakfast excellent and varied. As for the sauna/hamam they were nice and big but I would have preferred them hotter. The indoor pool very nice as well. I was visiting the palais for a show so it was a bit of a long walk, but overall I would consider staying again depending on the price.

The only reasons I booked this hotel were the location, price, and spa services—but it seems I made the wrong decision. We had the worst spa experience ever: the area was dirty and wet, clearly in need of a full renovation. The sauna door wouldn’t close properly, allowing cold air to come in. There were no towels, no staff to assist, and no one to answer our questions. We had to walk all the way back to our room in wet slippers, passing through the reception—I guess they like us cleaning the floor with our wet slippers! Breakfast was poor, and the rooms were not soundproof. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from people coming in and out. Overall, we understand it’s not a 5-star hotel, so for the money we paid, I guess it was just okay.

Viaggio toccata e fuga. Ottimo hotel sulla via principale di Cannes, camere più grandi della media. Occhio alla colazione, che se anche acquistata compresa nella camera, a loro non risultava.

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel met een zeer goed ontbijt! Waarborgsom van €200 per kamer zou anders mogen.
