艾格尼絲之家酒店(House of Agnes)

This bed and breakfast is first class! We stayed in a Stable room and there was nothing that they had not thought of, the facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and always at hand! Breakfast was fantastic! The entrance is very narrow for a large car! We will certainly stay here again and can definitely recommend it.

Presently staying at the HOA and we are very pleased with the place, a large garden, which is very peaceful . Excellent staff and service and private parking, which also has two EV charging points (reserve when booking). It is B&B only but there is a wide choice of restaurants very close by. The accommodation is ideal, very clean, comfortable and quiet, a good night's sleep, and wake up to a hearty breakfast, what more do you need !

The location, the room and the breakfast were exceptional. All of the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The building is lovely and you couldn't ask for more from the service we received. The entrance to the car park is tight, but we knew that before we arrived, so no problem there.

Just stayed for 2 nights at house of Agnes as a birthday treat. Hotel is quirky and full of character and steeped in history. Has a lovely large garden to sit and relax in with a nice glass of something in the sunshine. Breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked with a good choice. Location of hotel is absolutely perfect for the centre of Canterbury which is a 5 min walk away and near the hotel are some lovely restaurants and bars definitely recommend cafe des Amis which is on the corner before the west gate tower. Staff very friendly as well.

Very nice hotel, stayed in the room at the Stables of the hotel, very comfy. Breakfast was excellect and had a different special everyday, breakfast had to be ordered the day before. Free parking at the back of the hotel, very narrow entrance into it. Would stay here again.

What a wonderful place, friendly, helpful staff, lovely clean, comfortable room, super breakfast. Couldn't be in a better position to see Canterbury, so close to the town centre, cafés , bars and restaurants with the added bonus of secure parking. We had a wonderful stay in this characterful hotel. Thank you t o Steve, Emma and the staff.

This place is amazing rooms are top class highest furnishing and spotless staff go above and beyond really friendly breakfast highest standard cannot wait to come back stayed 2 days defo staying longer next time please go and visit Annette

Discovered my friend & I make good travel companions (not always the case) & she picked House of Agnes. We booked separate rooms in the (former) stables. These rooms were thoughtfully designed: comfortable & modern amenities and very clean. I did not hear neighbors on either side of me (a relief for me). I worried the nearby trains might bother me but they did not - I came to enjoy them when I did notice them. Breakfast is ordered by 6 pm the evening before & was always wonderful inside this house that is centuries older than my country. Our arrival by rail was delayed several hours due to Storm Ciaran & Steve could not have been more understanding or accommodating. Location is perfect for exploring this wonderful, historical city. My friend is a good travel companion AND an excellent selector of lodging.

We really enjoyed our two-night stay in three of the stable rooms which were very comfortable, clean and modern. H of A is really convenient for exploring the city centre and we would happily stay here again. A lovely place with great service.
