Por fuera se ve bien, pero por dentro todo esta sucio, habia mucha gente en el lobby como si hubiera una fiesta, todo mundo gritando, la carpeta del elevador estaba totalmente sucia al igual que las carpetas de los pasillos, el aire acondicionado hacia demaciado ruido al prenderlo. Honestamente esta locacion me a dejado una muy mala experiencia, solo esperaba a que amaneciera para irme de ese lugar., y honestamente no quise ni tomar desayuno "GRATIS" pues el desayunador esta tambien muy lleno de personas, y dudo mucho que hubieran sido huespedes, porque observe a otras tantas, estacionandose solo para ir a tomar desayuno, no se si este Hotel regala comida a personas del exterior pues eso me parecio. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTA LOCACION!!!

We enjoyed our stayed but had ended up changing rooms due to the sink water pressure begin low. We also seen of water bugs/ roaches. Other than that all the staff was understanding and the breakfast was good I felt it could have been more choices but by all means everything was good.

Staff super friendly. Rooms werent as booked, but ended up with one suite and one regular when booked two regulars so mistake was to our benefit. Breakfast was great! Hot omlets, bacon, buscuits and gravy! Hair on bathroom floor (i hate that!) Too tired to change rooms after driving all day.

The place was a dump, the pool was disgusting, dirty water, couldn’t see the bottom and god knows what floating on the surface. It was just an awful stay.

Building is in disrepair. Public restrooms out of order. Business computers out of order. Breakfast unsatisfactory.

Room- Water was not hot. No large bath towels available. Need better furniture. Will not stay there again.

Clean, could use some updating in the bathroom There were Kcups but no coffee machine in the room.

Update rooms, provide bathroom amenities, improve WiFi- is was horrible

The front desk evening check in and morning check in attendants and the breakfast staff were all extremely nice and attentive. The third floor smelled like old wet wood. The bed was not a normal hotel mattress and my pillows smelled dirty. The tile floor was sticky on my shoes and I didn’t take my shoes off except to get in bed. The air conditioning unit was on 60 but felt like 72. It didn’t keep the room cool. There weren’t any extra toiletries in the bathroom either.
