Service and check in were great. Room was good on first impression. Plumbing became an issue. The bathroom sink did not drain at all. The edges of the shower were pretty grimy and leaked when I took a shower. Bedskirt was dirty and not placed neatly.

My son enjoyed our stay at this hotel in our way through town for the Hall Of Fame. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great food was within walking distance as well as the game, and the room was nice and clean and spacious

We stayed for 2 weeks after a surgery. The hotel is an older building, but it's well kept. We had some loud neighbors above us one night, but after telling the lobby staff, they were quieted down. There was a faint smell in the bathroom (smelled like old pipes). However, the room itself was large, clean, and spacious. Overall, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was great. They have a "social" with light bites mon-wed nights that was welcomed. It's a very nicely kept, older hotel, but fit perfectly what we needed to recover before flying home. Location is right near a lot of eateries and shopping in Canton. We would stay here again!

We have stayed here before. We hit up HoFames in Cleveland and Canton. We stay here due to location and size of room for our family. Unfortunately it is quick and dknt get much hotel time . The rooms is nice with cleanliness theoughout. The kitchen set up is great along with the fullsize frig. Love the tvs in eacj section of the rooms. Beds are very comfortable alkng with clean sheets. No real issues aside from bedroom doorways use a half double door, just acqward. The bathroom sink does not ha e a door if youneed to sneak on the middle of the night, toilet does but sink area open. Just a couple of tidbit issues, overall we have enjoyed our stay atthis hotel. Would do it again.

I loved my stay at Staybridge, the suite with the kitchen and living room area was perfect. I was very impressed with the breakfast, the gym, and how kind and accommodating the staff was.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here as we visited the nearby Gervasi Vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot breakfast. A shout out to staff for the prompt return of articles of clothing we left behind, these were shipped quickly to our home address after our stay......

Friendly staff who would even reach out via text message to ensure satisfaction with the room. Easy check in/out, beautiful rooms and small kitchen was great

Check in was supposed to be 3 pm. The room wasn’t ready until 6 pm. Our event wast at 7:30. She we rushed to get ready and no time to get dinner. Wasn’t my getaway plan. So I was disappointed.
