"All in all great service and relaxing. Family with 3 kids (5, 13, 16) and all appreciated the pool area and possibility to go down to the beach close by. The reson why it is weak 4 are: -pool not heated (at least it was very cold), should be possible with solar heating -the padel course are not close by, need to go by car for 10 min (we could perhaps have looked in to this beforehand) -the construction work and the sound of it during week days was very loud, not only to our appartment, but foremost to the pool area. We would off course consider to come back, a lot thanks to the kind and service minded personell and closeness to Caorle who was great to spend the evenings at."

"Unacceptable handling of guest vehicles – no support after complaint The hotel staff parked our car far from the hotel, hidden near an abandoned building and dense vegetation. Scratches on the car were clearly visible. Thanks to the GPS tracker, we managed to locate it ourselves. Despite reporting the issue at reception and via email, we received no response. Completely unprofessional. Guests – be very careful where they park your vehicle. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"Great locacion, nearby private beach with veachbeds and parasole. Little supermarket 3 minutes walk from the hotel. City center 5 minutes walk. Clean rooms, good breakfast. But most of all excellent service. The ladies at the receptions were always helpful and nice. They made our stay perfect! We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much!"

"The hotel's location and services are also perfect. I can't mention a negative thing during our week. Staff: they are always kind, smiling, extremely kind to the children, for which we are especially grateful. Rooms: the price-value ratio is excellent, the air conditioning is quiet and cools the room very quickly. Cleanliness and silence everywhere. Restaurant: we used the full board service, the food follows the Italian cuisine, sea and fish dishes are dominant, we loved it. Pool: clean environment, no crowds due to the size of the hotel, there was always free space by the pool. Parking: free in the hotel parking lot. Animator programs: in the hotel every day, the girl is very kind to the children. In the evenings, there is an open-air stage next to the hotel, the shows are definitely worth seeing. Beach: 100 meters from the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. Strongly recommended!!"

"I wasn't in this hotel personally but my son is staying there with my parents. I had informed you about the need for a vegan menu for the child, but I didn't expect and, above all, he didn't expect to receive such treatment. At lunch and dinner he has 4 first and 4 second choices while at breakfast they always find the vegan bricks. They are very careful and gentle and he is really happy about how they are “smoking it”. "
