Hotel is in a good location. The room was ok. Pool wasn’t great. Prefer the Hilton down the road.

Vorsicht, die Bilder des Balkons entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität. Anstelle aufs Wasser blickten wir aufs benachbarte Hotel. Wir fühlten uns betrogen. Die Matratzen waren absolut schlecht, gehören gewechselt. Wir buchten über *******. Wir und auch andere schrieben in ihren Bewertungen, dass sie die schlechtesten Zimmer bekamen. Bei uns war es diesmal auch wieder so. Künftig buchen wir nicht mehr über *******.

Well we asked for water front and is why we paid over 300 a night . When we got there we were given a suite on 2 floor over the lobby ! The bed was broken ! And we had no water pressure! We asked to be moved to a better suite which was brushed off ! Also the bugs around property awful ! Won’t ever stay there again when I’m In the area !

The hotel was great and the people were even better. Our parking was comped for a bad view. What we were not warned about was that a little before 9am the next morning the roofers would start in the area just outside our room. The wall was against our bed and bathroom. We were up just trying to relax and it was the opposite. A warning just would have been nice.

Staff was amazing very accommodating! Gabe good food places to eat and let us know about the shuttle that was launching that night that we had no idea was a thing. What a nice surprise.

With the exception of the hotel restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was very evident they valued my family as guests and were working hard to make sure we had a wonderful vacation and customer experience. The front desk staff gave us local tips. The manager personally took care of a room request we had, and maintenance was super respectful in addressing a bathroom issue we ourselves created. The hotel restaurant staff, however, appeared overworked, tired and unfriendly. Food took a long time to get to us. They definitely needed more help for this area. Charging us for outdoor parking seemed over the top for this type of hotel.

It rained the whole day we were here so can’t give much on the surrounding area

It was fine other than the smell in the room and the roof was being worked on while I was there

Sink drain kept gurgling all the time even when it in use and in the early AM while sleeping.
