We stayed for 3 nights during a Safari Trip layover in Cape Town and we couldn’t have loved it more! The amenities, the views, how close it was to everything with a very short drive away, how clean it was, and above all else - the friendliness and helpfulness of the managing staff - they are by far what makes this very nice location centric place a 5 star amenity! The daily breakfast, room service, and wine/drinks in the evening were always something to look forwards to daily!

The Azamare guest house is such a friendly and comfortable place to stay. Ideally located in Camp's Bay, overlooking the sea, with a rooftop pool and beautifully comfortable and well appointed rooms. The staff were all delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. Every morning they made us a fresh breakfast, with fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cooked food on offer. Each evening we were invited to go upstairs for drinks and canapes, sitting out on the balcony, watching the sun go down. The hotel is perfectly located right on the hop on hop off bus routes, meaning the rest of Capt Town was easily accessible.

Cape town is an incredible beautiful city with great views all around, but the view from our Azamare Suit beats them all! We were treated to complimentary wine and snacks, the suite itself was stunning. Our only regret is not staying longer. Breakfast was also a highlight, definitely the best omelette I have ever had.

This is a lovely guesthouse with fantastic ocean views. Great customer service. Spacious bathroom with an oceanview tub. Quick walk to the beach (Camp's Bay Beach is lovely but also try Bali Beach...it's small but more private...very close to Azamare). Complimentary wine and snacks for sunset up at the terrace level. Complimentary breakfast as well. Would stay again!

Azamare is beautifully run by Kerina and her team. Our room was magical with its own private pool and views of the sunset and waves at Camps Bay. Everything was perfect. The breakfasts on the top floor are delicious after perfect sleep in a quiet and comfortable suite.

What a wonderful place. Easy walking distance to Camps Bay restaurants. Breakfast was served in the top to the guest house. We were able to eat on the balcony every morning. Service and food were second to none. Everyone made you very feel special. They were very helpful with recommendations activities that were happening in Cape Town. Our room was a little smaller than we generally are used to but more than adequate. Highly recommend

Incredible view of the ocean with own personal balcony. Breakfast was phenomenal. 10 out of 10. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It just would have been great if there were more towel racks.

Absolutely stunning accommodations. Marvellous service from the staff. Excellent experience all around! The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were amazing waiting for us to check in because we only landed late in the evening.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. (Vielleicht zu einer anderen Reisezeit.)

We spent 6 nights here as a part of our tour of South Africa. A short walk to Camps Bay. Great location. Breakfast was plentiful and included cooked, fresh fruit, croissants etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Great free canapes and wine in the evening. But best of all was the manager Karina. We spent most nights putting the world to rights! Karina, we miss you and we will be back to see you one day x

Preis Leistung nicht gegeben. Frühstück minimal und nach allem musste man fragen, wenn man um etwas neues als das angebotene english breakfast fragte, wurde es abgelehnt, das sollte ein fünf-sterne- Haus sein.... nicht mal einen Mehlpfannekuchen bekommt man. Zimmer sauber. Ich hatte den kleinen Raum, der inzwischen auch mal renovierungsbedürftig ist. Fazit: Preis-Leistung nicht gegeben, nicht nochmal.

Lovely room with a view of the sea and the sunset. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was amazing, having food cooked in front of us was very homey!

This listing was one of our best experiences in Cape Town. We stayed here for 5 nights. Karina and the girls were exceptionally good at what they do. Clean rooms, great breakfast, always attentive to guests' needs and great location. The recommendations we got from Karina were spot on, too. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was cooked to request. I'd love o come back and definitely recommend it.
