梧桐樹瑪瑙民宿的評價

Было необходимо 2 номера, оба были показаны свободны. После бронирования первого, второго не оказалось. Сразу же обратились за отменой и через сайт и напрямую в отель. В отмене отказали деньги не вернули.

They value comfort of the guests, welcoming and convenient. Quiet neighborhood, recommend getting breakfast it's very nice.

Property very good, price reasonable should improve on service some level of human interaction (customer needs viraety) consideration. Meals should be part of service as there is no food outlets around the area.

False advertisement. The place is very tiny . Very different with what is on the *********** website

Our stay at Onyx was short but it was amazing...Florence is very friendly and helpful...Everything was too our liking. We will definitely be going back.

We needed to be in the area for a soccer tounament. But wine farms are in close driving range.zevenwagt Mall is close by for all shopping needs.

The guesthouse is in a very noisy suburb, or maybe at night or over weekends it is a problem, we checked in and have a braai and it was all quiet, we went to Grandwest and came back 22h30, the neighbours have a party with Karoake and decided to do it until 6am, i personally called the poloce and they came and quiet them down, 30min later the noise and karaoke was back. Till 6am and we had business to attend to before we take on our 4 and a half our trip back to Mossel bay. Was a terrible experience.

We were greeted by Elias, he was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was clean and ready for when we arrived. He was always readily available to assist if needed. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely use this facility again.

for someone who is from JHB and was not aware which place is safe or not in CPT, this turned out to be one of the best accommodations in the kind of suburb this is located. The host was very welcoming & because I arrived late at night, they were quick to open the gate for me, the room was very neat and beautiful. The house was very secured and beautiful.
