以前覺得這家酒店還好，所以又訂了兩晚，再次入住發現問題了。一是遇到晚上颳風下雨，隔離差，風雨噪音太吵，陽台玻璃門被風吹得咔咔響，房門也被風吹得咣咣響，一兩秒響一次，此起彼伏，交響樂一般，晚上幾乎無眠，難怪價格比別人低一些。二是服務問題又出現了，什麼問題找前台都沒用，住了這麼多天，最後一天想吃了午飯12點退房，但前台答覆堅決不行，前台沒有權，做不了什麼事，讓前台請示經理也不行。

房間大，免費停車，帶廚房，有電爐灶，微波爐，冰箱，查了很多家酒店，感覺這家在seapoint周邊性價比最高了。

我們在這裡過得很愉快。接待處的 Zim 非常友好和樂於助人！

Great place, super friendly staff, grat location for Sea Point, clean and good firm bed. Well worth the price.

I stayed in the Standard studio with sea view. The room was great, the breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. However this was spoilt when I was billed R600 for champaign which I didn't receive, flowers and chocolates which I didn't ask for and a fruit bowel. I realize the hotel was trying to my the night special for me but this was done at my expense. This entire experience is now marred as a result of this. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth and totally overshadows the experience. I hope the hotel will make contact with me and do the right thing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, shops, and an array of amazing restaurants. The penthouse suite offered stunning views, and the rooms were exceptionally clean - we've never stayed in a hotel that was cleaned so thoroughly! The staff were all caring and friendly, with a special shoutout to Zim, who is truly an angel. She greeted us with a huge smile every day, helped us navigate the city, provided suggestions for rainy day activities, and even assisted us during a medical emergency. Breakfasts were delicious, highlighting baked beans - the best we've ever had. Despite the hotel being affected by load-shedding, it is easy to work around - the Wi-Fi and main lights still work. There are rechargeable lights in the rooms, and the schedule is posted in multiple places around the hotel. We actually found the lack of power to be a romantic touch, allowing us to spend quality time together without any distractions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would like to extend our thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality. One More Thing: Wow, Cape Town is an absolute marvel! We were completely blown away by its stunning beauty, charm and the warmth of its people – it's beyond words.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 month in advanced with the supplier (bantry bay). Though they confirmed availablty of the ros and emailed to say the vouchers were redeemed, they did not honour the calls and email request for 2 rooms. Sadly I pitched at the venue only to find out that the reservation manager (absolute horrible person) did not finalise the booking and did not even have the decency to apologize. I was left with 3 feme overseas guests and no place to go but to uber to simons town at 1am. They had no manager or assistant manager on site and refused to contact them to help us. It was a nightmare and they ruined my girls day Night out.

This hotel provides luxury, spacious accommodation adjacent to a few higher-priced hotels and provides a more homely, welcoming feel with its relaxed staff. Rooms are spacious and generous amenities are provided in bathrooms and kitchenette. The velvety couches add a lush, modern feel to relax on. The beach location and partial sea views are perfect. I had a good rest and sound sleep. There was no road noise or disturbances from other guests. I enjoyed the bar/pool area which is cozy and private. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. The reception and breakfast staff went above and beyond. All very friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Highly recommend to others who are travelling solo who want somewhere affordable, modern and spacious.

There are a few issues with this property. Firstly and most importantly, South Africa has rolling blackouts around two to three times a day. This Property does not have a backup generator at all. This means complete darkness with limited backup lighting - nor do the elevators work during blackouts, sonic you stay there don’t be on the 4th floor. This is not disclosed in their website or on *******. Almost all hotels in South Africa have adequate power backups. Secondly, staff are quite unfriendly and unhelpful. It seemed everything was a hassle. I requested a an hour later checkout and was refused without checking their system and the hotel was clearly empty. In addition you cannot charge things at the bar to your room. Small things that may irritate travelers. Room wise, it’s ok but not great. Despite having ‘VIP’ access we were given a room facing the main road in the loud side of the hotel. The cheap plastic blinds don’t block out the sun so you should expect to be awake very early especially in summer. The shower gel in the bathroom had some mold on the bottle. All in all there are much better options on the Atlantic seaboard at that price.

Sauberes und sehr schönes Hotel direkt in Seapoint. Die Lage war perfekt um Kapstadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden . Ich möchte besonders das gesamte Hotepersonal hervorheben. Alle waren super lieb, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt, wir sind mit unserer 16 Monate alten Tochter gereist und haben so richtig gemerkt wir Kinderlieb hier alle sind, wir waren zu jederzeit überall herzlichst willkommen und es wurde einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Die Sideseeingbusse halten 20 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und die Einkaufsstraße und auch die Uferpromenade sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Suite war super ausgestattet und sauber, so das man nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag richtig zur Ruhe kommen konnte. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool hat auch zum verweilen eingeladen, hier war auch alles sauber und sehr gemütlich. Vom Zimmer aus hatten wir direkten Meerblick. Wir hatten jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück und sind immer super gestärkt in den Tag gestartet. Für uns das perfekte Hotel in Kapstadt, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
