爸爸大酒店(Grand Daddy Boutique Hotel)

老式酒店。優越的地理位置。 在長街，你會得到一切。

Aanrader. Airtrailers op dak ( 4 de verdieping) is leuk en speciaal en tof om uit te rusten en te genieten van een drankje en een hapje. Wel gaat de lift slechts tot 3de en dan de trap te nemen. Aangezien Long street ook een uitgangsstraat is , hoor je wel wat nachtlawaai maar dat valt goed mee. Supervriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt is inbegrepen. Op 20 min wandelen van Waterfront en curio markt en shopping in de nabije omgeving.

Rent och fint hotell. Personalen var fantastisk. Området är ganska trafikerat så det är inte helt tyst där. Gott om restauranger i de närmsta kvarteren. En märklig sak var att det ordnades privata fester på hotellet. Under de fyra nätter var det sådana fester under två kvällar. Lite väl störande om man är trött och vill sova tidigt. En annan detalj var att det inte fanns något handtag att hålla i när man skulle kliva i badkaret för att duscha. Det borde det finnas. I övrigt ett bra hotell som jag rekommenderar.

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer sehr bemüht die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Für die sehr belebte Umgebung ruhige Zimmer. Das Motto ein world-travel Hotel zu sein wurde sehr gut umgesetzt.

這是我第一次獨自出國，我必須說，我在 GrandDaddy 的住宿是一次美妙的體驗。房間乾淨整潔，工作人員友善，美學迷人，最重要的是，免費早餐是餐廳的品質。我絕對會推薦給任何想要獲得開普敦城市體驗的人。我唯一建議注意的是它周圍的區域。由於它位於娛樂區的中心，天黑後的街道有點簡陋。但除此之外，這是一次美好的經驗。

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado la comida es excelente el desayuno increíble y en general el restaurante muy bueno tiene un bar en la azotea muy conveniente. Y la parada para tomar el bus rojo queda a dos calles nos gustó mucho este hotel muy limpio y cómodo el staff muy amigable

There are many "International" hotels in Cape Town which are of a good standard but maybe a bit bland. Grand Daddy is not one of these. It is clean and has the usual things you expect in a 4 Star Hotel but where it excels is in the personality and friendliness of its Staff, the old fashioned atmosphere and general vibe of the hotel. So, if you want something different from the norm, give them a try. Special mention for the good breakfast and coffee.

I booked a room with a courtyard view but when U arrived to the hotel I was told by the front desk supervisor “Oh, I noticed that but we don’t have a courtyard.” When this error was first noticed, the staff should’ve contacted. Instead they attempted to put me in a room without a window. After spending an hour explaining why their inaccurate listing was not my fault, they at least put me in a room with a window although it still did not have a courtyard view.

The property is right on the main street. It’s nice and had a restaurant connected to it. The rooms are nice as well, especially given the age of the place. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They have some recommendations on things to do as well. When I had to abruptly get another room during my visit (an unrelated friend dispute) and was running low on time (had to get to a pickup point for a tour), the staff helped me out and stored my bags in another room until I booked a room! In the US, no hotel would’ve done that. They have top tier service, and that is greatly appreciated. I hope to come back one day.
