Having traveled from Canada with my infant on our first visit to Cape Town, we had very high expectations for our stay at this hotel.
We stayed for 8 days here and I am beyond disappointed with my selection.
With load sheddding, i was unable to want up a bottle for my infant. I was told by front desk to call room service for warm milk to which I was billed R12 each time.
I was offered a drink and champagne for our arrival (honeymoon), neither was received. No special add ons were provided for our honeymoon stay. The icing on this disappointing stay was my family and I fell ill was a gastric bug (seeing as though the only food we consumed was at the hotel). A few other guests we met complained about the same illness but there was no empathy or check in made on us. For the amount of money I spent here and lenght of duration, I am beyond dissatisfied with the level of service shown to my family and I
