能不能把這個酒店從平台上移除？大晚上沒有熱水供應還能叫四星酒店？停車收費的能叫四星酒店？三星酒店都比這個強

工作人員非常友好，位置非常好。雖然等了很長時間才有房間可用。此外，游泳池清潔不夠頻繁。除此之外，很棒的住宿！

健身房的狀況非常破舊。 2樓的食物一點也不好吃。

酒店位置優越，非常適合計劃旅行，靠近海濱，周圍很多地方的工作人員都很友好，早餐很棒，喜歡各種食物，房間還可以，我肯定會向旅行者推薦這家酒店。從臥室可以看到四面八方的山脈，景色令人驚嘆

Have had such a lovely stay at this hotel The Reception staff at check in were very welcoming and efficient. I booked a deluxe room and had a lovely view of table mountain. The room was a little bit dated but very clean and the bath was enormous! Lovely comfy bed too! The breakfast was fab plenty of choice and was included in my price! We didn’t eat dinner here but went to the restaurant bar in the evening when we got back from our trips. The barman Devine couldn’t do enough for you! He was so kind and helpful . Always on hand with our drinks ! They made the best Pina Coladas too!! Great hotel ! Would definitely return here to stay again !

My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired, and it's only fair to share the experience so others know what they might be in for. First off, there was a noticeable lack of essentials like shampoo in the room, which is pretty basic stuff. The fridge boasted a sticker promising complimentary water, but it was empty the whole time I was there, plus it barely kept anything cool. Then there were cockroaches hanging out near the breakfast spot, which is a big no-go. Mentioning it to the staff didn't help; they just didn't seem to care. Also, there was no room service menu in the room, and when you call them up, they either push you to come down or warn you about extra charges for room delivery. Not cool. If your room is on the fourth floor, be prepared for a not-so-silent night with all the noise from the bar below. And for a place that's trying to pass off as upscale, having just one kind of coffee (just filter, really?) at breakfast is pretty underwhelming. Honestly, with all these issues, I can't recommend this hotel as a 4 star stay. It's a letdown, especially if you're expecting a smooth, trouble-free stay.

The staff and doormen were AWESOME! The doormen really know how to make a guest feel safe and comfortable. They had no problem escorting women to nearby places at night to ensure their safety. The breakfast buffet was good and had many options. There were a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and modern. The location was great, centrally located to the hop-on-hop-off bus. A short walk away from the marina.
