議會酒店(Parliament Hotel)

We were booked for three nights, honestly the overall impression wasn’t good except for the breakfast- and reception staff’s friendliness. Upon check in we realised that there was a miscommunication about parking and we had to park on the street. Night one I discovered hairs on my cushions and bed. The shower was leaking and the toilet roll holder broke off. Day 2 and 3 it was still laying where I left it. Coffee and toiletpaper does not get replaced and overall the housekeeping really isn’t good. Thank you Yanga and the rest of the breakfast team for the delicious breakfast every morning though!

The rooms are very good and clean. Nazeem and the friendly staff were always available for any question. We were well received and enjoyed the accommodation. Also, the hotel is close to the Citysightseeing bus station/office so we could walk to catch the red bus.

Great service experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The would go an extra mile to assist with information about go to areas as we were not familiar with Cape Town. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Other than not getting the room of my choice, staff were friendly and helpful. It was generally quiet, apart from the "regular" early morning activity down the street. Good breakfast. Central location.

The Parliament Hotel was quite an experience. I came with a last-minute guest, and my room was more than enough to accommodate us both. Everyone was a pleasure to engage with, and I won't forget them in a hurry. Breakfast was always impressive, with a quick turnaround time. If you're clueless as to where to go regarding Cape Town tours, the staff is more than ready to give you some solid options (and even dinner restaurant options too!). All in all, I know for sure, I'll be back!

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff were courteous, helpful and kind The breakfast was very nice and filling. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, it is close to some of the key landmarks such parliament and Iziko museum.

it was excellent as usual i had no problems whatsoever. I was extremely happy that the hotel staff had recovered my favourite Wooly beanie, which i seemed to have dropped on the floor somewhere. The breakfasts were outstanding as usual

What a delight! Freda the lady who was on duty when I arrived really went out of her way to help me. Safe parking connected to the building. I had a delicious meal at the Italian resturant just next door. Fortunately I went early as they were fully booked from 8pm.
