Best hotel I have been to. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Top Hotel, top Service, extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und großartige Lage. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Meine Töchter wurden krank und man hat alles getan, um zu helfen. In der Mini-Bar ist alles complementary, die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Abends gibt es für jeden eine Wärmflasche.

Petit hôtel (17 chambres) très agréable ,près de la mer ,animé par une équipe particulièrement attentive à votre confort et toujours à l’écoute pour rendre votre expérience inoubliable. Merci particulièrement à notre équipe du "petit déjeuner " qui nous a si bien accueilli jour après jour . Merci à tous

O hotel é pequeno, charmoso e arquitetonicamente muito bonito. A sua piscina, voltada para o mar, é muito agradável. Fica praticamente em frente ao mar e a curta distância dos principais restaurantes da linda praia de Camps Bay. O atendimento de todos os funcionários é muito gentil.

My wife and I have been fortunate to stay at a number of boutique hotels over recent years - their more intimate, private and attentive nature really appeal compared to the bigger and busier hotels. That said, none of the previous boutique hotels we have stayed at have come close to the level of quality and service we have received at POD Camps Bay. Sean, Michaela, Brian and all the team have gone above and beyond to make our stay truly special - from proactively offering to lend us a SatNav for our car journeys to packing us off with water and snacks for our hike, from parking our car for us to putting on breakfast when we arrived late from the airport at midday, and even bringing complimentary popcorn, sweets and hot chocolate to our room for movie night when we were a little jet lagged on our first evening. Every single staff member showcases the same exceptional level of friendliness and attentiveness; they genuinely seem to be happy to help and ensure we have a great stay. On top of that, the hotel itself is beautiful - the location is perfect for accessing Camps Bay, the rooms are modern and clean, the pool is beautiful and the food at breakfast is delicious. We feel incredibly fortunate to stay here and we will be recommending this boutique hotel to all our friends and family visiting South Africa. Thank you all so much, we appreciate you!

My stay at POD Camps Bay was incredibly special. From the moment I walked into the very last moment when I checked out, the staff was so thoughtful, warm, kind and made this solo female traveler feel safe and right at home. The property is absolutely gorgeous, clean and located in the perfect spot, steps away from the action but not too close where you're inundating by the noise of the *****. It's super peaceful and calming. The minimal, modern design is gorgeous and the sundowners by the pool at sunset was my favorite. I still cannot get over how wonderful the staff was. They went above and beyond for every guest. The property pay a lot of attention to detail, which I also appreciated. I highly recommend this stay, especially for honeymooners (the rooms are very intimate) and/or solo travelers. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayed for two nights here - attention to detail good and overall a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was ok and the room was good, staff were extremely nice and helpful at all times. Nice little touches in the room like the beach towels and treats :)

Ligging is echt top. Camps Bay is niet groot maar een leuke badplaats om onze 3 weekse vakantie af te sluiten met lekker eten en rond het zwembad hangen. Kamers en inrichting zijn prachtig en heel smaakvol, medewerkers zijn erg behulpzaam en super vriendelijk. Lekker ontbijt en in principe geen lunch of diner maar ze regelen gewoon eten van andere restaurants voor je op de kamer of bij het zwembad. Ook leuk dat je badhandoeken, strandbedjes, parasol en tennisrackets kunt krijgen om lekker naar t strand te gaan.

We had an amazing time at POD, from the beds to the double headed shower (we loved this) and the views at Camps Bay. Everything was incredible. We stayed 1 night but wished we stayed longer. The staff was also excellent. Definitely recommend staying here!

I have spent 4 days with my husband in this beautiful boutique hotel at few meters of camp bay beach . What a dream ! The hotel is pretty, has a beautiful view and a perfect location but is especially remarkable for the excellence of its service . The hotel staff effectiveness and kindness really amazed me and made this stay special ! Thank you to the entire team but especially to Caamil and Concy at the restaurant /bar and Sean at the front desk . We really felt in a home away from home !

What an amazing experience at Pod Camps Bay in Cape Town! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. We arrived a bit too early, but it was no problem at all. They immediately invited us for a delicious breakfast, which was such a wonderful surprise! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – everything was fresh and flavorful, the perfect start to our day. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location is perfect – we were within walking distance of the beach. The hospitality of the team made our stay truly special. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Pod Camps Bay!
