Mega obsługa - super miał i pomocna , hotel w samym centrum , blisko do wszystkich atrakcji itp. Bardzo mi się podobał.

케이프타운에서 가성비 좋은 호텔로 지내는동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈고, 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 좋은 호텔입니다.

Decently located, within a few minutes ride to V&A (10-min walk). It was really quiet in my room and had no trouble sleeping (took a nap around 5pm after check-in). Check-in was really quick and easy, so was check-out. Bar service was also very courteous, and drinks were affordable; cocktails were also well made. I didn't take any meals from the hotels including the included breakfast (was in rush for my flight). The rooms were really neat, including the bathrooms.

Rooms were spacious and clean, the amenities were great, the hotel is old so obviously a few maintenance issues, but overall it was fine, location in town was ok, we booked with the intention of walking to the ICC but ended up driving each day as the walk back in the evening with laptops etc, felt like a bit of a risk. I had a room facing the square and the noise was a real factor from screaming and shouting all night from the vagrants, to the cash and carry opposite opening at 4am to get vendor trolleys out, it was a solid 5 days of broken sleep. Staff were friendly, service was good and the food was good.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione comoda e tranquilla, sempre polizia intorno. Parcheggio a disposizione. Si potrebbe migliorare qualcosa su camere e colazione

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, allerdings sind die Fenster veraltet, deshalb hört man den Lärm der Straße ziemlich gut.

Great hotel in a great location foe easy walking access to the City Centre or the V&A Waterfront. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was good and the room was a very good size with all you would need. I would recommend to anyone staying in Cape Town.

Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut nicht motiviert. Die Zimmer haben lediglich einfach Verglasung. Dadurch kommt der Verkehrslärm schon früh morgens ins Zimmer als wenn die Fenster vergessen wurden zu schließen. Das Frühstück findet in der Lobby statt. Die Kaffeemaschine wird selten wieder aufgefüllt. Nach der Erfahrung mit all den anderen Hotels unserer Rundreise durch Südafrika ist dieser Abschluss einfach nur schade.

Room was noisy. Second floor over noisy area. Would be more suitable if there was double glazing and or there were security outside to move on street level noise polluters. Wifi very poor. Staff polite but unhelpful. Not suitable for business. Avoid the fish and chips.

I was in Cape Town for a few days for a conference. This was a great option at a lower price point than the official conference hotels. The room and bed were comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was included and was a nice selection of hot and cold items. I didn't try the restaurant for other meals. They provide water and tea/coffee in the room. It is convenient to the convention center and other touristy locales and is bustling during the day. However, many locals strongly advised that you do not walk around the area after dark. So even though my colleagues were at another hotel around the corner, I used Uber after dark. It seemed silly but the local prices for Uber are very affordable and worth it. I would recommend Hollow on the Square and would stay there again.

My room was extremely noisy. Yes the noise came from outside, but the windows are single glazed, which meant it was impossible to sleep. Wifi was.so bad I had to use the Hotspot on my phone. Staff polite but unhelpful. Not suitable for business. Avoid the fish and chips.

Hotel moderno situato al confine nord del centro, di fronte al Posteggio di Thibault Square ( attenzione al fatto che il parcheggio chiude alle ore 19.00 e resta chiuso fino alle 6.30 della mattina dopo). Si entra a piedi dalla zona pedonale ( 30 metri da fare ). Camere belle, spaziose, bagno ben arredato e fornito del necessario ( asciugamani e teli bagno sufficienti).Essendo lontano dalla strada le camere sono silenziose. Il servizio di colazione ( 6.30-10.00) e' vario e propone sia scelte nell'ambito del salato ( continental breakfast) sia nel dolce ( brioches e dolci ). L'albergo inoltre dispone di un ristorante interno di buon livello e propone menu' completi e adatti ai clienti internazionali( tutti i cibi sono senza grosse aggiunte di spezie e quindi adatti a chi ha palati sensibili). Ottima copertura wi.fi gratuita. Check in dalle 14.00 Check out fino alle 10.00 Un buon Hotel in una zona sicura ( se uscite col buio fate comunque attenzione ) a buon prezzo.

The room was neat and clean. The meal (fish) in the restaurant was well prepared and the fish was fresh. The service may need some sprucing up. Unfortunately, some construction was being done in the square which made for a noisy stay. The square also is a thoroughfare that contributed to the noise well into the early morning hours. On the whole, the stay was not a bad experience.

Wi-Fi tripped sometime however I don't know may be about bad weather or Machanic problem. Place is look neatly and has good people. They need to introduce more extra African foods in the restaurant. I love about coffee they have in their rooms
