新星康士坦提亞精品公寓(Nova Constantia Boutique Residence)

Staying at Nova Constantia when visiting Cape Town and surroundings is a no-brainer for us. This was our 5th stay and - as always - we felt really sad when we had to return home. Why we love it so much ? Nova Constantia is a peaceful haven with a large and quiet garden, a great pool, fantastic restaurants nearby, downtown Cape Town is only 20 to 25 minutes away (around 10 euro when using Uber) and the very best service. Lee, the General Manager, and his team took once again great care of us. Special thanks also to the sweetest ladies Marie and Gladys for the most wonderful breakfast service. See you soon, friends !

Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelde Nova Constantia, en dan met name door Lee, als een warm bad. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Onze bagage zou uit onze auto naar de villa worden gebracht, terwijl wij onder het genot van een glas wijn op ons gemak in mochten checken. Lee zorgde voor alles. Ons zoontje viel zijn knie kapot en meteen was daar Lee om hem te verzorgen. Wilden we uit eten? dan hoefden we maar aan te geven wat we zochten en Lee regelde het. Zelfs bij het restaurant wat wij niet konden boeken omdat het al vol was, regelde hij een tafel. Het verblijf was mede hierdoor een geweldige afsluiting van onze vakantie. En het voorverwarmde zwembad was na weken van koude zwembad ook een verademing :),

A tranquil destination located in a quiet leafy suburb - we found it to be a rejuvenating, restorative space. The villa was well appointed and we could ask for whatever else we needed, including an extra bed for a child. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The villa is ideal for a family or two couples. Being trusted with a well stocked honesty bar made it feel like we were among friends. Many thanks to Lee and his team for such a warmly hospitable Christmas stay! AO

We had such a great time here. Lee and his team go above and beyond for their guests. Really kind staff, good breakfast, perfect location and lovely garden with swimming pool. They gladly give good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Can highly recommend!

We booked one of the villa's for a 2 night stay in November and thought the hotel was good. It is very well located being 20mins to the Waterfront, 25 mins to the airport and 30mins to the Table Mountain cable car - it's also central to numerous vineyards if thats your thing. The villa was very spacious - fabulous kitchen which is well equipped if you wanted to cater for yourselves (but there are so many great restaurants locally why would you !), nice sitting area with cable TV and two sizeable double bedrooms along with two bathrooms and a small patio area with chairs and loungers. The villa is big enough for two couples or a family of four, The main bedroom is probably too big and feels more practical than cosy although the bed was lovely. The villa also has its own entrance and secure parking which was really helpful. Breakfast was good - friendly welcome from the team, plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes with the hot dishes cooked fresh. There is a very nice lounge, castle TV is available and a well stocked bar which runs on a honesty basis. On the basis the villa comfortable caters for four people it was good value at cR14,000 (c £580). We found our stay really comfortable and thought Lee was great - he sent messages prior to our arrival checking we were ok to find the property, offering to arrange restaurant reservations and he was on hand to help during our stay. A big downside was the poor quality of the WIFi in the villa - it was pretty much non existent and we had to go and sit in the lounge if we wanted a decent signal.

Caroline greeted us with a smile and was very efficient at her job. Gladys made a great breakfast and the girls were overall very helpful. Lee allowed us to stay in another room prior to our departure for the airport which was great for us to prepare for leaving, thank you Lee.

Nova Constantia est idéalement situé pour explorer la région du Cap. Situé au milieu des plus beaux vignobles et des meilleurs restaurants c'est aussi un excellent point de départ pour visiter Cape of Good Hope, chapman's Peak. Plusieurs golfs dans un rayon de 15 km. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de toutes les facilités. Petit déjeuner impeccable.

The staff at Nova Constantia were awesome. Coco was very welcoming, warm and funny. The ladies preparing and serving breakfast were incredible. The house - calling it a hotel does it a disservice - is beautiful. The rooms warm and inviting, and it really felt like being at a home away from home.

sehr schöne Anlage, große und komfortable Zimmer , man arbeitet mit geringem Personal , Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück unfreundlich und unwillig , die gesamte Anlage erscheint renovierungsbedürftig , Preis- Leistungsverhältnis negativ .
