Ho trascorso un weekend a settembre in questo grazioso beb La mia stanza era molto grande e con patio Le altre assegnate ai miei amici più piccole ma con maioliche vietresi e comunque confortevoli La colazione (nessun buffet causa covid) non c’è molta scelta ma tutto buono anche il caffè Nel giardino dove si fa colazione ci sono le api (sintomo che l’aria è pulita ) con un piccolo accorgimento del cameriere (piattino col prosciutto) si devia il loro volo lontano dagli ospiti È una ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Capri, vicinissimi alla piazzetta e senza spendere una follia ma il giusto: semplice, pulito essenziale ottimo rapporto qualità qualità prezzo, ottimo tre stelle Da apprezzare anche la cortesia di aver dato altra stanza ai miei amici che in prima Battuta avevano avuto quella senza … bidet Se per voi è essenziale specificatelo al momento del check-in Anche se indicate un numero max di cornetti o caffè per stanza .. quelli in più non li fanno pagare al momento del Conto ….. Gentilezza caprese apprezzabile Se posso dare un consiglio mettere dei poggiavalige nelle stanze e non mettere un surplus per uova e spremuta a colazione

Très bel hôtelavec du charme très proche de la place principale mais au calme. Petit déjeuner bon et se prend dans le joli jardin. Idéal pour se promener car de belles balades démarrent proche de l'hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix surtout à capri!

Booked several months in advance, used a third party ***********. Received a notification right before our stay that I needed to update my credit card info within 24 hours to hold my reservation (received a new credit card with a new number since the time of booking), updated my card right away, but Helios has a policy that if they run your card and it doesn’t go through, they cancel your booking immediately. In my case, they also rebooked our room right away, were fully booked as a results and were very rude to me on the phone when I called to see what had happened and if I could rebook with them. I feel that *********** is partly at fault, but just a heads up as was such a bad experience dealing directly with Helios and left us scrambling for new accommodations at the 11th hour and paying an arm and a leg for a few nights in Capri elsewhere. Ideally, would have given me 24 hours to update my card and held the room and wouldn’t have been so rude when I called.

If you need a cheap place to sleep while you explore Capri in the day then Villa Helios does the job. It's a great location but i'm baffled to why the reviews are so positive. Staying in capri for just two nights, we booked villa Helios as it was cheap for Capri and had great reviews. Upon arrival we were told that we had been upgraded and there was a free bottle of Prosecco in the fridge however I feel like the Prosecco was a gesture to distract us from the pretty grubby room we we're given (which was different to the room we chose on ***********) The bathroom was mouldy, there was broken switches and smeared mosquitoes on the walls. The bedding was crisp but the room was tired and grubby. I even plugged my phone in to charge and the switch fell out the wall. I would say the only good thing about Villa Helios was the location. Couldn't be in a better location. Short walk from the main square and just off a really great street. Overall cheap for Capri but I wouldn't want to spend a week here.

Shortly after arriving at Villa Helios we discovered our room was infested with mosquitos - one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff did nothing to try and resolve the situation, and the hotel manager said he had never heard of such a thing and we would have to talk to the owner of the hotel! The villa is also very worn with little upkeep - desperately in need of fresh paint, fixtures, replacing broken toilet seats, etc. You can do much better elsewhere in Capri - stay at your own risk!

I was there to Open the Re-start of the Island and to make the Real House Wives di Napoli. Best hospitality, best setting, charming people ( Fabio e Francesco, if I am write with the name) at the reception. Such a savoir faire il direttore francese.... In the queen suite to white towels Knots to make a sweet swan with a rose in their mouth. In the private garden breakfast is served. Paola De Angelis, the imperatrice dell'ospitalità, did such a great job in the restoration. Still keep the same charme of the old monastery but with touch of design and high Tech.

Visited Capri earlier this week and enjoyed the stay here. Traveled here by ferry from Sorrento and took the furnicular up from the port. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main plaza but with all our luggage and the hot August sun it felt longer! This hotel is on a steep slope just outside of center town and I was regretting booking it while walking there with our bags but it turned out fine. The steep incline is like a minute walk up. The property is beautiful and the staff is helpful and kind. Had a room w no view but that was fine for us since we were out and about most of the day. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Breakfast was spread out due to covid (pick a time slot and what you want the night before and it’ll be ready). The location was super good though. Did a lot of walking and the Villa is close to Giardini di Augusto (definitely a must visit for gorgeous views), Villa Lysa (also worth a hike up!), Arch Naturale, and Belvedere Tragala and the beach below it. We liked it was relatively quiet and charming. Capri is pretty expensive so be aware of pricey meals vs. Anacapri. We had a salad at one place to share w a bottle a water and it costs 35 euros. mister Billy’s is a Thai/italian place near the Villa and was way cheaper than other places to eat and actually pretty good (especially if you need a break from Italian food). Closeby Pescheria Le botteghe is also a great option for fresh seafood at good prices but best to make a rsvp the day before or early on. Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. Felt safe and clean during pandemic times!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Villa Helios auf Capri im Zimmer 102. Dieses Zimmer ( und das Zimmer 101 ) liegen außerhalb des Haupthauses und sind unter den Weg der zum Hügel hinaufführt gebaut. Durch diese Lage wurden wir morgens durch den früh beginnenden Verkehr über uns ( Passanten mit Rollenkoffern und Elektrowagen ) geweckt. Also wirklich nicht zu empfehlen für lärmempfindliche Langschläfer. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse üppig. Der Preis für unser Zimmer, insbesondere durch oben beschriebenen Umstand, völlig überteuert, was meiner Meinung nach auf ganz Capri zutrifft. Wer nicht auf Massentourismus zu extremen Preisen steht, sollte um Capri und das Hotel Villa Helios einen großen Bogen machen.
