Great from booking to leaving. Excellent instructions to get into the accommodation. Apartment was homely and spacious. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Great services and clean room

The place was great! I am a light sleeper so I find it difficult to find comfortable places especially from a noise or mattress quality perspective, but this flat has everything right! None of the windows are on the road side, they are towards the side or the rear, and the flat is in the extended part of the building, so it's quite a way away from the front road, which is great! When you are in, you can barely hear the road with the windows open, and nothing at all with windows closed! Also, the beds are really good. I normally have a semi-firm to firm mattress and I find it hard to sleep on anything softer, which is often what you find in air bnbs or hotels, so I was really pleasantly surprised here. You're not bouncing around every time you turn, and you're not sinking in in the middle and waking up with a back ache. Also there are pillows of different firmness so you can pick the one that suits you best. I really loved the place and the other guests too, everyone had a great sleep! I would definitely book this place again if I am visiting Cardiff again!

정말 모든게 훌륭했습니다. 청결하고 잘 정돈되어 있었으며, 머무는데 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 카디프성까지 공원을 가로질러 15분이면 갈 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있고, 주차장도 넓습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Cancelled with no reason on air bnb - clearly NOT a company to do business with. We booked months ago to stay on the night of to go the Coldplay concert with some older relatives who need to be close by. We have now had to re-book somewhere else at more than twice the price because of the proximity of the concert. If you take the risk of booking with them book a back up at the same time or risk being mightily inconvenienced
