亞眠大教堂美居酒店(Hôtel Mercure Amiens Cathédrale)

Hotel très bien placé dans Amiens, à quelques pas de la Cathédrale et des zones piétonières avec bars et restaurants. Absence de parking. Chambre "standard" spacieuse et propre, petit canapé-lit, déco récente, isolation phonique de haute qualité. Salle de bain minuscule, pas de douche mais baignoire glissante et pas de pression d'eau (économies ?) Température tropicale dans la chamgre, impossible à régler. Nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit des bars en face (jusquà 1h30) et le passage bruyant des véhicules car rues en petits pavés. Déception.

Aucune réservation à mon nom à l’arrivée à l’hôtel … Ensuite la chambre basique le confort est à revoir de la literie , la douche aucune pression . bref la chaîne mercure pour le Prix ne vaut pas le prix …. Je ne reviendrai plus

Hervorragende Rezeption, gute Englischkenntnisse, einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war etwas zu ökologisch. Sehr schöne Lage, gutes Frühstück, kein Parkplatz, aber öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe leicht zu finden.

We are so impressed with the helpful friendly staff, the decor of the facility, and the comfort of our room. The staff has gone out of their way to help with accommodations, handicap accessibility and language understandings. It has been such a great experience

Hotel molto carino e curato nel pieno centro di Amiens, posizione fantastica vicinissimo alla cattedrale, parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo nei pressi ad un prezzo accessibile. Colazione buona, nella media. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.

My recent stay (Feb 23) was for 7 night, 5 of which all of us had NO HOT WATER.....reception didnt want to know, no manager in sight to offer support, loads of people were complaining, had to have freezing showers in the morning - I left a day early as I couldnt take it any longer........very very poor customer service, total lack of support

Having stayed at hotels all over the world, this is the first time I have stayed in a highly rated hotel where there is no hot water provided to the room. Three days into a 4 day stay and they still cannot provide hot water. Not great having a cold shower in winter time!! The hotel does not seem to be doing anything to resolve the issue despite them saying day after day that it has been sorted out. I am not isolated in this issue as all 6 collegaues booked into the hotel have the same problem.

Très bel hôtel , idéalement placé avec accès direct sur le parvis de la cathédrale, et sur le centre ville avec ses commerces et ses restaurants. Chambre spacieuse et très propre, avec sdb et toilettes séparées. Accueil du personnel trés aimable et efficace. Pas de parking , en semaine aucune difficulté pour trouver une place payante horodateur dans la rue .sinon parking souterrain cathédrale
