Maybe worst food have ever had at a resort. Hospitality ( house keeping) below far too.

The service needs improvement. At the spa, I waited to be let into the locker room, for the tour, after 5 mins they said I can just go back and let myself around. The lockers were not ready and the massage rooms were not decorated at all. The bar area was large but had big areas with no furniture.. The pool had a ripped umbrella and the pool deck had chips and chunks of the decking, so unfortunately not a barefoot area.

The food selection was very limited. The service was very slow. For paying over 700$ per night room, the hotel is mediocre.

Resort was very nice, with clean rooms and we'll appointed areas for guests' use. The food and beverages were amazing and had plenty of healthy options to help you commit to the wellness theme of the stay. Staff was friendly and service was good. Would definitely recommend and likely will return!

It was one of the best experiences for me as a mom/wife/entrepreneur that needed to take time to invest in herself! I wish I could bottle up the experience and take it with me everywhere!

The facility and staff are Amazing!!! We can’t wait to return. First timers not last timers. Thank You! Please take El Encantro off the recommendation list and add Keeler Steakhouse and keep Athens.

The staff was wonderful! The wellness team was knowledgeable and attentive. The spa service was excellent. Our room was decorated minimalist style (I would have preferred abut more warmth to the room) which presented a clean, classy feel. Expensive for the “regular folk” but worth the splurge if you can.

Perfect for a short trip, lots of classes, amazing smoothies , clean, safe just generally a really great wellness retreat destination

Civana was absolutely wonderful. As soon as you walk in, it smells like Santal 33 which is my favorite cologne. Right then and there, I knew I made the right choice haha! The resort and rooms are impeccably clean and minimalistic. All of the staff were extremely accommodating. Christina and Trish from the spa were spectacular as well. This was a fresh breath of air for me and I can not wait to return.

It was most quiet and restful. The staff offered great service. Owners are on the premise often. Spa services are excellent. Food selection was very good.

The property was beautiful, the spa was so relaxing, the food was exceptional, and the staff were so welcoming! I'm definitely coming here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here and will be back. Beds are comfortable, daily class options are excellent and varied, staff is incredibly friendly, food at the on-site restaurants is delicious and healthy, and the spa was world class (loved the aquatherapy circuit).

This was the perfect wellness getaway. It was my first time here and I feel very rejuvenated and refreshed after a long year. I came to celebrate my birthday here with another friend and we both loved it so much, we plan to make it an annual getaway. Highly recommend it!
