卡爾斯巴德濱海酒店(Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel)

I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was lacking. Outdated bathroom with a bathtub that had nothing to keep you from skipping to the bathroom tile that just as slippery even with the floor towel. The room was big and clean with a nice bed but the lugging was awful. There were 2 side tanks lamps, 1 floor lamp, and a desk lamp(didn't work). Even with the 3 that worked out was still very dimly lit. The pipes in the wall sounded like they were going to bust when a another room would turn on their water. It was so loud. When I booked this room it said it was a 3 star hotel, more of a 2. Without the staff a 1. There not being an elevator to the second floor was tough. Then there were 2 sounds at night. One sounded like something cheering on wood above me, and the other was something tapping on the wall. There was an extra charge when I checked in that wasn't on the site when I booked it. This could be the hotel or this dues fault, bit sure. My rating didn't really reflect the start because of the categories.

La ubicación tienes outlets enfrente del hotel y puedes caminar al parque Legoland es zona segura y el hotel es muy bonito y súper limpio y cuidado

Desde mi llegada solicité me dieran una habitación en el 2 piso del hotel y me lo negaron, me dieron la peor habitación de todo el hotel la cual olía mal y lo peor golpes muy fuertes en el techo toda la noche que no me dejaron dormir. Terrible experiencia

Gentleman at check in was pleasant. This area is very walkable to shopping and also close to the interstate.

The hotel was not clean. There were spiders and bugs all over. The floor was dirty. Hair on blankets. We didn’t sleep under the sheets. Just wasn’t very clean. Location is great and it was quiet.

We have to be changed to another room. The first one was cold, no heat. The second room smell like mildew. The balcony sliding door didn't work. And the room have ants and I have pictures to prove it
