斯坎迪亞汽車旅館(Scandia Motel)

Love this little hotel very cute and cozy, I have a large dog and she loved it here as well we took long walks around the area very dog friendly here!

We had an amazing stay. Room was the perfect size, microwave and fridge/freezer was a plus because we stayed a week. The only reason i take off one star is because the hard floors were not mopped so everytime we were barefoot our feet were BLACK. And the wifi was realllly bad and i had to work the whole week ended up not being able to use it. Other than that the stay was pleasant and we loved the customer service and room. Location is an absolute plus!

The room door was already open when getting there. Upon walking in I noticed the dirtiness of the room, I had to use Lysol wipes to wipe everything down before I brought my stuff in. The bed didn’t have a fitted top sheet, I luckily brought my own. There was holes in the wall, bed made noise every-time I moved in the bed. The smoke detector didn’t have a battery, the bathroom fan cover wasn’t secured. I’d never recommend this place. I only stayed because it was an overnight trip and I did t have to be in the room. I guess you get what you pay for.

Wife and I went into room. Smaller than expected, not like the pictures. Had a dingy smell. The toilet already had toilet paper in the bowl. That was enough for my wife, so decided to check out and find another place in town. The clerk said we couldn't have a refund. So we just left.

My stay at this motel was very convenient and perfect for a weekend. It is close to downtown Carlsbad. near everything. the noise of the train and the main avenue starts around 9 am but at night it is pretty quiet. You can't expect a 5 star structure in a 3 star. For me, the motel has all the basics and the rooms are spacious. People in the front desk are friendly

Shower plumbing was terrible, horrible smell coming from the drain. Interior needed cleaning, walls are dirty. Needed painting. ******* says its a 7 out of 10. 2 out of 10 is stretching it.

De plek is prima, maar de kamer met de keuken heeft een grondige schoonmaakbeurt nodig verder wel vriendelijk personeel.

Room was paid for ahead of time and given away to someone else hours before i arrived, never got to stay at this terrible establishment. RUN do not stay here you will most likely not have a room when you arrive. Also was told by someone staying there that the rooms have cockroach issues.
