First of all, there is no "real" address to find the place, and it took us 30 minutes to find it. It wasn't where our GPS told us, because it's an imprecise address. Secondly, the Internet was bad, and finding it became all but impossible without any Internet service in the area. Finally, the front desk person was unhelpful; no suggestions for places to eat, nothing. Overall, a below average experience because of the above reasons. But, the place was clean. Also, the tv was small; hard to watch a basketball game. It's as if we were prisoners there because of poor Internet/wifi.

This place continues to be a great Carmel deal as long as you don’t need luxury. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience checking in. We wanted a unit that did not share walls (one the the things we like most about this place) and the person checking us in basically blew off the request. Each time I asked about a particular unit being available, he immediately said it wasn’t even though he didn’t bother to look (and they weren’t sold out because I checked for openings).

It wasn’t clean enough and also 4 am in the morning fire alarm system started working every 30 minutes no one was answering the phone my babies are crying keep waking up finally around 7 am they answered and the person was saying sorry they send someone to fixed worse service I never book again

No Internet access. I'm a programmer, I understand networking. Not an issue on my end. Their Internet simply did not work. And the electrical outlets were from about 1962; parts broken off; barely worked, and only two outlets in the room. Definitely "quaint" overall, if 1962 is quaint. Really, really disappointing. Would definitely NOT recommend.

The place was quiet. Other than the room was very small about the size of hotel bathrooms, Bathroom smelled of mold and shower needed attention, Bed was squeaky, Door was warped and didn’t close all the way, Windows were open when we arrived after 9pm so the room was very cold. The only heat source was a plug in heater which didn’t heat the room very well. Everything was outdated except the Tv. Very disappointed in paying over $300 for the night its a complete rip off.

Where to begin. Rusty, springs only sofa bed. Inadequate heating. Unsafe bathroom floor. Furniture scarred and sticky. Bathroom sink and counter had a layer of scum. Room felt like a swamp even with windows open. Entire place needed maintenance. For what we paid, it was a rip off. Not at all how it was advertised. This was in no way a “resort”. Refund please!
