Beware of the check in cut off! We had issues on the road and tried calling them several times. No one answered but were able to leave a message. When we arrived in the middle of the night extemely fatigued we were denied lodging. Luckily there was some very hospitable folks 20 minutes down the road who ran an actual motel.

We were overall disappointed in the hotel/facility. It was lacking in many areas compared to other hotels. For Breakfast they had granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal. No dishes/silverware to use. They had tea bags and ready to drink coffee. This is NOT a breakfast. In our room, they had one chair at the table where one could eat. Had requested a second chair but it was never delivered, had to sit on my cooler to use the table. There was no silverware, dishes, cups, etc. in the room. The Holiday Inn has this place beat by a mile, but they were unfortunately booked. If you want bare bone facilities and service this is the place for you. If you want something more keep shopping for another hotel!!!!

The room was clean but needs updated. Couldn't get the tv to work. There was no utensils in the kitchen area to use. There was more walking than I would have liked and no elevator to use for my daughter who is disabled. It was okay for a one night stay but I don't think I would stay longer.

I was disappointed with the snell of smoke. I was charged ahead if time b4 i checked in then when i oaid for my dig i was double charged for the room. Now i have to wait for the refund. Very frustrating.

noisy at night after 10 pm. blankets rough on skin. No kitchen items in kitchen to cook with or eat on. Window unlocked and slightly open with curtain closed, found later in evening. Felt unsafe.

Staff needs some customers service training. Hot water did not work in the shower. Big room, bed was decent

Overall a bargain and is pleasant. But plan to Bring your own breakfast. There is only a muffin and coffee otherwise. Lucky I noticed this ahead of time and planned for it. The hotel is in good shape and staff were pleasant. No elevator, so pack light! Beds were firm so that worked for me and the wife.

This is a great affordable hotel. It is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful.
