普雷伊塔酒店(La Playita)

Cuarto limpio, a pasos de la playa y areas de comer. Personal bien atento. Sugiero en el desayuno alguna otra opcion de bebida ademas de cafe, tales como jugo o agua. El hotel necesita algunas renovaciones en las areas comunes, sin embargo la habitacion, era comoda, limpia y el baño amplio y renovado.

Arribamos al hotel a las 20 hs y no había nadie en recepción. Luego de 30 minutos, una persona alojada allí nos abrió y entre otros huéspedes nos ayudaron a encontrar al conserje. El teléfono que estaba en la web de la app no funcionaba. Por el horario ya no pudimos cenar. Al otro día el desayuno era un par de frutas y café sin nadie que nos atienda. Nos retiramos y le dejamos la llave a una persona que estaba limpiando ya que tampoco encontramos al conserje. El carro lo tuvimos que dejar en la calle ya que no tiene parking como dice el hotel. Como podrán ver vivo viajando y este fue el peor lugar que estuve en años

When we arrived it was very deceiving it was nothing like the pictures or anything that’s on the websites the second night there my friend went to the bathroom and there were roaches crawling around the bathroom hot water took 20 minutes to come out of the faucet I told the people there about the pest (roaches ) and they asked if they were big or small I ask when I got there if we could be moved upstairs I was told they are doing construction they said there was continental breakfast which was coffee and nature grain bars I had to be moved to another hotel Worse experience ever

Es un hotel pequeño muy acogedor, cerca la playa con unas vistas hermosas. En un lugar muy tranquilo! Los empleados súper amables y atentos!

Exelente lugar para pasarla en familia

This was everything I could asking for when booking here. Was going for big hotel feel. I was so blessed to dined a place right on the beach like five feet from my room with common area chairs with a beautiful layout. The rooms were small shack like but it was fine for two people. Would make a nice couple location when with multiple rooms you can have group of ppl

What I liked best is the hotel's location; steps away from Isla Verde beach. Accessories include refrigerator and microwave. Free continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and efficient. Easy walk to restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shops. A 10-minute drive to historic Old San Juan. I would stay there again.

Great stay! Wonderful owner and staff! Felt so comfortable and welcome!! Room is clean, beaches within steps, and an overall awesome vibe! Will be back!!

La Playita is a diamond in the rough. It’s a small hotel that has a very chill vibe and amazing customer service, 10 star service. I’d like to mention Gileen (I’m pretty sure I’m spelling that wrong), she was fantastic! Greeting us at the door and showing us around, recommending places to eat and helping us make sure we had a cab ride to the airport at 1am! Alberto has an amazing gem in her! While there’s no direct beach access, 2 beaches are just steps away and the sitting area is right on the water, making for beautiful mornings with coffee and fruit. Sunsets on the roof overlooking the beach were fantastic. If I come back to San Juan, I will definitely stay at La Playita. I am curious to see the improvements the owner and staff are working on.
