精品別墅酒店(The One Boutique Hotel)

I recently had the opportunity to visit the One Boutique Hotel in Carrollton Texas. The hotel is room is okay kind of plain for the price. The first night we wanted to use the tub and the hot water wasn't working. We tried to call front desk the phone wasn't working. They gave us one bath towel. We didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the spa because of the outside guest who come to enjoy the spa and they close at 9:30pm and no accommodations to the guest who are staying in the Hotel. They have no real good amenities. Coffee sucks no breakfast, and you would think they would close the spa or outside pools for the outside guest and stay open a little longer for the Hotel guest. I wouldn't spend my money again for the Hotel.

Not only have I had a horrible time with reaching anyone by phone, even before checking in, but I'm currently sitting in a room at 4am that isn't cooling off adequately. I can't reach the front desk and have gone down there 3 times. No one is anywhere to be found. So, I'm sitting here fanning myself and not looking forward to having no sleep for our drive tomorrow. The spa? Haven't had a chance to even experience it yet due to all the issues we've had and now I doubt we'll have a chance to in the morning before we check out. I can't find anything about their free breakfast either. Their website is lacking. Everything is in dire need of an upgrade, especially the employees (or lack there of).

The hotel was ok. I believe they spend most of their money and time on the actual spa, because the rooms need updates. We booked the loft at $250 a night, we should have gotten the standard room. There’s nothing special about the loft. The air conditioner leaked, when we used the shower the tub was clogged up so we showed standing in water. Room service was M.I.A & we were never given small towels, but a sponge. Also every time we left the hotel for food or whatever, we came back to find out we were locked out of our room. We had to get at least 4 sets of new room keys. Lastly checkout day, we had to take COLD SHOWERS, the hot water was turned off!!! Strange. But if u want to go to a spa, I recommend theirs, but if not their hotel.
