選酒店時看中的就是房間新裝修的，所以很新，很好，進去果然沒選錯。地理位置來説對面就有大型超市，買吃的也很方便，前台就有巧克力咖啡等自取飲料。唯一就是他們收取按金是直接扣100的，不是預授權，check完房間再退給你，需要一定時間。

很不錯的酒店！乾淨，整潔！前面有餐廳，在這住都能打折，還送了酒券！真心不錯！

前台服務人員非常親切又貼心，飯店非常寬敞乾淨，設備及備品齊全，唯一小小可惜的是淋浴間水會流出去，其餘無可挑剔，有機會會再入住。

The customer service upon arrival was excellent. Despite having a booking issue the service attendant at the reception did an excellent job in sorting out the issue and in minutes we got our room keys with all issues sorted. All the staff members in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and accommodating. Location is also convenient as there are shops and restaurants in the area, also the beach is only a 15 minutes drive away! Would definitely stay longer in the future and would highly recommend. 10/10!

nice motel and kind staff. they have restaurants which is convenient. and they offer two complimentary drinks at the restaurant. decor is modern but bed is a bit small.

Nice clean good location staff is friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we were not bothered at all by connecting/neighbouring rooms. The hotel cleaning staff were super helpful, took our rubbish bags and gave us clean towels when requested on the 2nd day. I used the guest laundry and found it to be easily accessible and reasonably priced. Children found the gym to be quite entertaining. Having the restaurant on site was great, the food was good, but truthfully the service at the restaurant could have been a bit better. They were very busy so can understand long wait times, staff just didn’t have the best attitude about it, would be willing to give them a second chance during a less busy time though. Overall The Sands by Nightcap Plus was a fantastic place to stay! Can not fault the hotel at all, would definitely stay again! :)

Very nice staff, clean and tidy room. Very comfortable room. Have restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Wonderful and best costumer service

大號床導致我和妻子背部和頸部疼痛。床太軟而且凹陷。支持不夠。 午夜過後，醉酒的年輕女性的噪音係數太高。 （週六晚上）。

真的很不錯的房間。非常現代、漂亮、寬敞。 2 台大電視和一張非常舒適的床。 為2 位成人和1 位16 歲兒童預訂，他們給了我一間帶一張大床的房間，然後試圖向我收取額外的毯子和枕頭費用，以便我的兒子可以睡在沙發床上。非常糟糕的經歷。遺憾的是房間真的很好

Very clean room. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Nice warm fluffy extra blanket was a bonus. Restaraunt & bar had good service. Nice easy checkin and out. Quiet & lots of privacy considering being situated on the main road. Highly recommend.
