The front desk agent is rude and call my wife a liar And there was an incident happened around 3:45 pm We just check in and we were taking nap and relaxing All of the sudden the housekeeping dont Even bother to knock the door just walk in and me and my wife were shocked we thought there was somene trying to steal something !!! And another incident I went down stair the front desk lady was rude , don’t make eye contact and don’t even smile just plain nasty attitude and she should be fired and one of my wife friend room Next door was very noisy and she can’t sleep and I won’t stay at the double Hilton after these bad experiences.

I booked a junior king suite. Around 4:30pm I showed up with my little girl for only two of us. The front desk told me they booked me by mistake. There was no room for me and my little girl to stay there. 😡

nothing unique in this hotel, staff are not very friendly, cleanliness ok but limited supplies, no room slippers..did not meet our expectaions as a Hilton hotel. ******* assured a shuttle service from LAX, called up many times but when arrived at LAX, no more service available. very much disappointed!!

Hotel staff were very professional and kind. The hotel is in a sketchy area and I was not comfortable in parking lot, elevators or hallways. Numerous disturbances in parking lot overnight, not somewhere I would stay again. Not Hilton's or staff's fault, all about the location. Hotel is clean but dated.

I'm so happy I always inspect the room before I get comfortable. In our first room, the fitted sheets were stained and were not clean. I notified the front desk and they moved our room. Of course, in the new room I pulled back the top sheets and inspected the fitted sheet, and to my surprise dirty sheets. There was also what looked to be red sauce on a pillowcase. The remote had so much gunk between the buttons it was disgusting. I notified the front desk and they sent housekeeping to change out the bedding. The ladies were nice and apologized for the inconvenience. But unfortunately, the sheets they brought up were also bad, they went through 7 sheets before they found clean undamaged sheets. Once housekeeping finished I went to use the restroom and noticed there were no towels, I looked in the cabinet and then I look over into the shower and I find a used wash towel draped over the shower rod. I called the front desk and asked them to send someone to remove the towel and provide clean towels. No one showed I went down and asked again, but no one showed. I never received towels. After all of this, they offered me day-old hard cookies. This has not been my experience at other Double tree locations which is why I decided to stay here. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Very very nice hotel! Staff was great room was beautiful very comfortable.

Sheets looked dirty floor felt dirty and so did bathroom floor. It was below my expectations for a double tree.

The room I was given was located right next to the air-conditioner units and right above the main doors. I was not able to close my curtains to block out the sun.
