Hotel pequeñito super acogedor,habitaciones amplias muy bien equipadas con todo lo necesario todas las habitaciones simulan diferentes lugares del mundo,trato muy bueno,por poner alguna cosa que queda muy feo en un hotel de esta categoría tenia desayuno incluido y tomé un poco de fruta,un zumo de naranja natural y dos cafés con leche, cual fue mi sorpresa que al levantarme para irme se me acercó la camarera muy educada y me dijo caballero tiene que abonarme el segundo café que se tomó,hotel muy bonito

Hotel en la zona de Getsêmani, zona tranquila y a pocos minutos del centro. Hotel nuevo con habitaciones grandes y limpias. Personal muy amable y atento. Para mejorar el desayuno empieza un poco tarde. Desayuno bastante completo, café, jugos,pan,bollería y huevos.

I tried to cancel several months in advance of my booking due to extenuating circumstances and they would not offer me any kind of refund or flexibility. This is the only hotel I have come across that operates like this, and especially with the high price of the accommodation and the several months notice I gave I expected more from such a seemingly nice hotel. Do not recommend booking unless you are 100% certain on your dates as they will be of no help to you if you need to cancel for any reason.

Wonderful hotel. Well appointed and well designed. Very clean and very charming to hang out in. Great cafe downstairs. Beautiful bed and nice bathroom. I also loved the neighborhood. I prefer Ges**ani to being in the old town. Great restaurant and street art everywhere.

Cannot say enough great things about this beautiful hotel and all of the staff!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful and made my husband’s 40th birthday a memorable one! Beautifully decorated throughout, super comfy room, great rooftop pool with stunning views and a lovely included breakfast. Thank you all so much!!!

We stopped by the restaurant for a scrumptious breakfast. This place is truly a hidden gem. The food was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the chorizo, pancakes, bacon, fresh croissants and Watermelon juice. The menu is simple, and easy to navigate for the non-Spanish speakers, the location is easily accessible by taxi, and the wait staff is friendly and accommodating. Service was a bit slow, but the meal was excellent. And I would rate this restaurant as a best value for the money if you are looking for a cool, cozy breakfast spot in a tourist town

This hotel was our favorite part of Cartagena. The staff couldn't be more kind and accommodating. From the moment we checked in they helped answer questions, provide recommendations, and even packed us breakfast to go when we scheduled an early tour. Andres and Sandra were absolutely delightful and made our trip even more enjoyable The hotel is in a great location (close to shops and restaurants), meticulously clean, rooms are large, and the pool is quite refreshing. We also really liked the breakfast. A big thank you to the staff! If we return to Cartagena, this is definitely where we will stay and highly recommend for anyone traveling here.

We chose this hotel based on other reviews we had seen, and are so happy that we did. This is a small boutique hotel, with only 6 rooms. We had one, and we had other family members that stayed in two others; it could not work out more perfectly for a group, as they treat you like family here, and it has a lovely gathering space on the second floor, as well as a rooftop area where you can all get together. The staff, especially Raphael, was so welcoming and accommodating. There is no elevator, but unless you have real mobility issues this wouldn't be a problem, as they deal with your luggage. Speaking of luggage, one small item that I find lacking in even the luxury chains is simply having luggage racks! We were pleasantly surprised that they provided two of them. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The whole place is kept impeccably clean; not just the rooms, but everywhere was always super clean. There is a small pool on the third level; which we made use of. Very nice. There is a hot breakfast included, served in a really cute cafe attached to the hotel. Rooms are equipped with mini-fridges, and the cafe stocks soft drinks as well as beer and wine, which is convenient. The stocked fridge items are not the usual rip-off; they are priced very fairly. If you want ice, they are quick to provide a bucketful. The location is convenient; you can easily walk to many restaurant options nearby, or wander over to the walled city. Getsemani itself is a cute place with lots of character. If you want a taxi or Uber, they are available all the time (and absurdly cheap). We had just spent four days at the Waldorf in Panama City, and were thinking that this might be a let-down after that, but actually, we were just as pleased with this one. Highly recommend the junior suite with the balcony.

What a fabulous little hotel! The room decor (and throughout the hotel) is stunning. Really spacious room and bathroom with everything you need and super quiet (which is apparently rare in this city). The rooftop pool and lounge area is cute and fantastic to chill and cool off at the end of a hot day in Cartagena. Staff were super friendly and the location is great-lots of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes around. Lastly, breakfast was fantastic-the lovely lady in the bistro was happy to accommodate dietary requests and everything was freshly cooked. We loved our stay at this hotel!
