Not a perfect bathroom or room (cheap shades that fell down and not amazing painting jobs) but very comfortable, nice people, incredible location and truly the best views from the roof pool we practically had to ourselves. This is a great option.

The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is delicious and the view from the rooftop is amazing.

カンファレンスセンターに近く、旧市街の中心部でしたのでいろんなお店とのアクセスも良好でした。 ホテルのサービスも申し分なかったです。

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca a todo, justo en frente de la Torre del Reloj, por lo que podíamos bajar y estar en los conciertos en menos de 5 minutos. A pesar de estar justo en el lugar donde todo ocurre, las habitaciones tienen buen aislamiento de ruido, pudimos dormir bien. Hay habitaciones con vista interna totalmente silenciosas, y otras que dan hacia afuera donde se sentía un poco, pero nada grave. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía.

Boa hospedagem, local fica bem no centro de Cartagena na Torre do Relógio. Há bastante movimento tanto de dia quanto de noite de vendedores e pessoas por ser uma área turística. Café da manhã muito bom.

We are very happy of choosing this hotel! The service is Excellent, friendly nice staff! The Hotel is very clean . Breakfast is good, you have what you must need and is well organized, clean and great servers. The room is a little small, but no problem for us. We got the room with balcony that was a plus, because we enjoy see the busy night from there and have one more drink! The big plus on this Hotel is the Pool at Roof top, the pool is great and the view is priceless. You have one of the best views of the town without paying a 5⭐️Price. Please not that this is a simple hotel, with simple furniture. And yes: is noisy and busy area. Cartagena is a party city, the night is hot! We solved that problem using hear plug’s for sleep. The location save you because you can do à pitstop at Hotel between your adventures . Recommend for those who want a good price, good location .

My husband and I stayed 6 nights . horrible experience. room was very small , no windows, bathroom had mulled.bathroom vent air circulation did not work. since no windows because of the bathroom the room smelled. when we took shower, all water went through under shower door. poor housekeeping, folded the dirty towels back, we complained serval times and talked with the front desk manager Taitana and explained that we are not happy with the room, we were ignored. even after complaining about the towels, the next day they left a old towel with holes plus the 2 glasses were left dirty. we would leave the hotel on the day one unfortunately all other hotels around were booked. The only reason we booked this hotel because of our best experience in NH hotel (same company ) in Bogota last year plus the hotel location. however , on the 5th day of our stay there was leak from sink celling and ruined most of my makeup plus water inside our shoes. they changed our room on the 5th day but my vacation was already ruined staying in the filthy room . if it was only leaking , we would not have problem , things happens but too many issues and they management did not do anything . I must say that some of the front desk staff like Benjamin,Heiner were nice and helpful, restaurant staff were very nice and good customer services but we are very disappointed with the management of the hotel and with their poor customer service skill. They should not even offer that kind of room to any guest .

La ubicación es perfecta para q quiera estar de rumba toda la noche. El ruido excesivo de noche por las discotecas a su alrededor es HORRIBLE, el personal de limpieza hace su rutina temprano y en todo momento hay ruidos por todos lados. A dormir y descansar NO vienes

El hotel esta bien ubicada pero necesita q sus instalaciones sean remodeladas, las paredes de la piscina estaban sucias, mueblería algunas rotas o golpeadas, el baño de la recepción siempre estaba sucio pero el staff siempre fue muy amable y atento.

Habitación y cama muy cómodas. Toallas buenas. Tv cable y caja fuerte adecuados. Restaurante con vista a plaza y torre del reloj. Desayuno muy variado. Solo mejorar ventanas insonoras de las habitaciones, por estar cerca de la torre del reloj hay ruido en la noche.

We arrived at 1230 in the afternoon. We reserved two rooms with balcony. At check in we were advised that only one room with balcony was available. We checked in and paid for the rooms and were told that there was a refund for the room without balcony. We were advised that our rooms are ready by 3 pm. When we returned at 3pm we were given our room keys. None of the rooms had a balcony. The front desk advised that there was a check-in error and that there was no balcony room available. My spouse demanded to have at least one balcony room and we were waiting until 5:30 pm to finally get one. This only after protesting and requesting to speak to the manager. The front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the booking system. Why offer different room types and charge for balcony rooms when these rooms are not available? Either oversold or balcony rooms were given to guests who didn’t pay for them. The hotel has a great location and we liked the rooms. The best part is the attached independent restaurant that offers breakfast and provides drink and food service to the pool deck of the hotel. Excellent quality and friendly service. We have stayed at several NH Hotels in the past but have never experienced such a disorganized check-in process. In the end, we received one room as booked and one downgraded one with refund. This after 5 hours after our arrival and lengthy conversations.

Overall it was a great hotel. I have travelled all over the world and have stayed in high end hotels to dumps and this place is pretty good. Do not get a terrace room or room with a view, trust me. These rooms face the plaza, which has bars that pound music until 3am every night until the police use their car sirens to breakup the crowd. Insanely loud in the room and not great if you aren’t a late night person. Go for the cheapest standard room because they are on the other side and are quiet. Staff was really helpful. The pool was being repaired during our stay and wasn’t available but the town has so much to do that it didn’t matter. I will for sure stay here again when I come back.
