巴斯汀豪華酒店(Bastion Luxury Hotel)

Very good! Delicious food! Nice people!

Excelente ubicación... cerca de todo y lejos del ruido. El desayuno era delicioso y muy variado. El personal del restaurante es muy servicial, Pilar, Henry y Elizabeth son increíbles en su trabajo, al igual que el resto del personal. Lo que no nos gustó, fue el calor en el lobby del hotel.

Es un hotel agradable, su personal servicio y receptividad. El desayuno es muy diverso y una carta de preparaciones deliciosas. Por mejorar, la conectividad en las habitaciones, nosotros estuvimos en la planta baja. Si piensan en hacer ejercicio este no es el lugar, su gym es del tamaño del baño, la trotadora, tv no funcionan y no tienen agua, colchonetas, toallas ni nada!!!

I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing- super helpful in making reservations and answering questions; Jorge up by the pool made amazing drinks and was available with anything we needed; Jose and Gina at breakfast were sweet and thoughtful; Hector at the front was also patient and kind. The hotel had charm and was in a great part of the Walled City. It was the perfect place to be.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was amazing. The buffet breakfast was great. The problems we encountered was with maintenance. We had to move to another room at 2am because our air conditioning broke. It was ridiculously hot and humid in our room. There was no way we could sleep. Once we called guest services twice they attempted to fix it. They told us ( myself and 2 daughters ages 9 and 21) they would have someone assist us in moving to another room. Well, no one came. We called and no one answered. We took two trips and moved all our things to the new room. Unfortunately in the new room the shower didn’t there wasn’t any water pressure and the water dripped out when you turned it on. The mini refrigerator didn’t fit in the space they placed it so it didn’t close. The room also smelled of mold/dampness. We only had 3 days left so we ****** it up. The spa services ( massage, facial) were just ok. They just put a bunch of different mask on you. I regret getting the spa services, not worth it at all. His was no where close to what I would consider “ Luxury”. I wouldn’t return. I wouldn’t go back. It’s n

Truly, had an amazing stay. My premium ground room was better than I expected, rooms were spacious and cozy. AC was perfect. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping and turn down service rooftop. Pool was just as beautiful as in the pictures. I found the hotel to be in a centralized location. Close to the best restaurants and bars, no more than a five minute walk. Honestly, the walk to Getsemani was not horrible, I barely took a cab. If I were to return to Cartagena, I would like to stay here again.

My wife and I loved our stay. The service was outstanding! All staff were helpful, answered our questions and anticipated our needs. The room was luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and a great added value, as it was free. Also the pool was relaxing and helped make the small hotel feel like a resort. Overall I highly recommend staying at Bastión!

Que lugar más bonito, la arquitectura, decoración, las camas y habitaciones para un sueño placentero, dormí profundamente. La piscina hermosa, pero el plus del hotel es su su personal, que trato tan agradable, amable eficiente. Con muchos detalles, un barra de dulces tradicionales colombianos deliciosos, la comida riquísima. Detalles en la piscina para con los huéspedes. Super recomendado. Que manera de consentir al huésped. Gracias.
