Muy buena atención personalizada, desde la encargada del hotel y todos sus empleados. Pasamos muy bien, todos muy atentos a los detalles! Muchas gracias por una gran estadia! Ademas el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, muy comodo y prolijo. Recomedable para grupo de amigos o en pareja.

Excelente atención de todo el personal, muy amables, las habitaciones muy limpias, el desayuno muy rico. Todas mi dudas las resolvieron. Me recomendaron lugares muy bonitos. También me recomendaron restaurantes muy ricos. Me sentí como en mi casa. Todos los trabajadores del hotel conviven como una familia y eso mismo lo transmiten a los huéspedes, la Gerenta, los de recepción en los tres turnos, los del restaurante, las chicas afanadoras de las habitaciones y los de mantenimiento. Espero regresar pronto y recomendarles a mis amistades que se hospeden ahí. Gracias por tanta atención.

El hotel tiene una ubicación espectacular, es ideal para poder hacer excursiones, salir a cenar ir a la playa. Además las instalaciones son muy elegantes y cómodas. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama que es muy acogedora y la ducha del baño permite darte un baño relajante. Además todo el personal del hotel es súper amable, la sra que prepara el desayuno es muy servicial y te indica las frutas típicas del país. Super recomendable el hotel! Me encanto :)

Excelente hotel. Muy buena ubicació dentro de la ciudad amurallada, sin duda que es una de las mejores ubicaciones para concer el centro histórico de Cartagena. Las instalaciones muy modernas y limpias. El personal super atento y sobre todo muy amables.

Ubicado en un lugar privilegiado en el centro de la ciudad amurallada cerca de todos los lugares más visitados. Es un edificio antiguo reciclado , el personal muy amable y el desayuno aceptable. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación por temas de mantenimiento y nos cambiaron a otra que estaba recién pintada y el olor a pintura aún se sentía pero dentro de todo era aceptable. En suma si no fuese por ese pequeño problema el hotel es muy recomendable

Una cama espectacular, atencion como estar en familia, cualquier requerimiento es atendido con muchisima amabilidad. Me gustan mucho las fotos de Hernan Diaz Volvere sin duda . Y la ducha comodisima

In April, I attended my Nieces wedding. I had booked another hotel, but it ended up not being anywhere close to the festivities. I called on the same night I was staying and the Delirio was able to accommodate my needs. This is a charming boutique hotel close to the center of Cartagena. My queen size bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot and cold water for my showers. The complimentary breakfast provided a selection of hot food made to order, a selection of fruit, cheese, freshly created juices and other beverages. I loved the pancakes they made me, delicious and light served with real syrup. Try a Granadilla. The staff would allow me to take a few with me for later in the afternoon. Refreshing. Across the street from the hotel (heading to your left) several doors down, I discovered a restaurant on my first night. I had the BEST Salmon Dinner ever in my short 59 years on this planet! The staff at the hotel were warm and friendly. At the end of my stay, they were attempting to teach me Spanish. One of the Starbucks in Cartagena is literally less than a few blocks up the street from this stunning hotel. The price per night was reasonable and the convenient location to everything my niece had planned for the 5 days. Each day, it was like walking home and being greeted like family. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had one of the most beautifuls stays ever at hotel Delirio in Cartagena. Everything here was way too perfect. Starting just the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with the most beautiful energy and smile from the hole staff. Starting at the reception, the housekeeping and the kitchen team. They really all made us feel like we were home and accomplished every wishes we had. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a beautiful balcony with an amazing view over the old town. Where we were even pampered by enjoying our breakfast here. And despite the old town is quite loud, when you get inside this little place, you immediately dive in into an oasis of tranquility where you are able to disconnect inside your room or at its nice roof. I’ll come back soon, and with no doubt I’ll check in here again.

I would give it more stars if I could. The hotel is beautiful- spacious rooms, lovely individually prepared breakfast, good location. But even more important was the gracious staff. Especially Alexa who happily took care of all my needs. If I ever return to beautiful Cartagena I would absolutely stay here and highly recommend to friends. Make sure to meet Alexa!

This is a great hotel. Very cozy, perfect location within the walled city. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, very attentive to what you need. The breakfast is delicious and fresh each morning! The AC works well. Great view on the balcony. Bed was comfortable.

We had the most amazing time in Cartagena, and many thanks to this incredible hotel. The most friendly staff, there 24/7 greeting you, and honestly a delicious breakfast every morning. We had the best stay, comfy beds and cute little terrace facing the cathedral. The location is perfect!! Thank you Delirio team!!

Delirio Hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops within a few steps of the hotel. We were welcomed at the front desk with a glass of fresh, cold fruit juice. The air conditioner in the room was really cold, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. The hotel room was clean--thank you Deisy!. The breakfast that was included in the price was ample with free juices, coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit, pastries, ham and cheese. You could also order a fresh omelet, arepa with egg, or pancakes. The service at breakfast was excellent and friendly. We had a wonderful time in Cartagena, and would recommend the Delirio Hotel.
