Todos foram extremamente gentis conosco ! Gostaria de ressaltar dois funcionários que foram excepcionais em nos fazer sentir bem : Dina que nos servis o desayno e Willian da recepção ! Maravilhosos

Localização perfeita, para quem quer ficar na Cidade Amuralhada. A apenas algumas ruas do bairro San Diego, que mais gostei. Cama confortável, piscina pequena mas deliciosa, ótimo café da manhã. Um único detalhe: não tem elevador, mas o charme de ficar em uma casa antiga compensa:)

Hotel muito bom. Acomodação excelente, limpeza impecável, café da manhã delicioso e farto. Toda equipe de parabéns. Muito atenciosos, desde as moças que servem o café e fazem a limpeza até o pessoal da recepção. Em especial Carlos, Dennis e Edison, muito prestativos e eficientes. Super recomendo Casa La Fe.

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, pequeno, com funcionários atenciosos, educados, bem preparados. Muito limpo e acolhedor. Ambiente que nos passa muita calma em razão de sua estrutura toda florida. O preço é justo em comparação a outros hotéis da mesma categoria.

Hôtel tres bien situé: plein centre de la vieille ville. Petite terrasse sur le toit avec vue et petite piscine. Chambres propres, confortables. Personnel adorable et prêt à rendre service. Bon petit dejeuner

Je recommande vivement cet établissement de grande qualité ! petit déjeuner copieux très varié. Chambre avec tout le confort. Patio agréable. Piscine et bar roof top complètent l’offre. L’équipe est adorable toujours prévenante et le sourire !

I had stayed here maybe ten years ago and was delighted to see that it was just as cute and friendly as I remember. First, the filtered water throughout the hotel that everyone mentions is a big value in itself in that you need to drink at least a gallon of water every day in Cartagena. There are so many things that I enjoyed, I will try to be concise... I went to breakfast in the morning and gave them a small bag of laundry and had a lazy day at the pool and the laundry was back on my bed nicely folded and smelling great at 3:00 pm. The rooms and really the whole hotel were so clean. Someone was always walking around cleaning everything. Breakfast was delightful, starts off with a small plate of sliced tropical fruit, a small basket of breads, some jams, and a choice of five different little hot breakfasts. I was there for five nights so I tried most of them. There was a staff member that deserves special mention, Edinson (sp?). This man did everything! He dragged peoples suitcases up the stairs, he explained the ac and TV to me and as a super bonus, when I left I was walking a couple of blocks to stay at another hotel with some friends and the man at the front desk said he could walk my luggage and me to the next hotel! Yes, the pool is teeny but there were sun loungers and a little bar where a nice woman gave out towels and made a great coconut lemonade. I could go on and on but I want to stress that this is a sweet, cute, clean, friendly hotel. Thank you Casa La Fe!

This was my second time visiting Cartagena, but my first to stay in Casa La Fe. The hotel is a gorgeous comfortable oasis from the beautiful but hot city. I had been in touch with the hotel regarding transportation from the airport to the hotel, they recommended getting a taxi and advised on how much to pay. My room was on the second floor and unless you have mobility issues would suggest rooms on the that or the first floor. The room was modern and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The rooftop pool and bar are a nice spot if you can handle the heat. A delicious breakfast is served in the atrium on the ground floor. The hotel provide purified water fountains on each floor (close to the stairs) In case it’s relevant to your stay the hotel has a no non-registered guests in rooms policy. The staff were amazing and always willing to help out. The location is great close to several restaurants who offered interesting vegetarian meal options. I would recommend Casa La Fe and would stay there again if I returned to Cartagena.

Nuestra primera visita a Colombia fue en Cartagena e hicimos la mejor elección de hotel; en Casa La Fe nos sentimos como en nuestra casa desde que llegamos gracias a la atenta y fina atención de todo su personal comandado por Dennis, preocupándose en todo momento porque nos encontremos cómodos y orientándonos en todo lo que necesitáramos para conocer y sentirnos seguros en la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda al igual que la cama y almohadas, así como con el sistema de aire acondicionado que nos hacía olvidar los 35º C. El desayuno muy sabroso y completo, en el que Dina nos atendía con presteza y mucha gracia. También debemos hacer mención de Heidi y Rodel atentos en todo lo que requiriéramos y en general todo el personal de Casa La Fe. Como le expresamos a Dennis al despedirnos, esperamos volver pronto a Cartagena y al Hotel Casa La Fe
