聖馬丁卡塔赫納酒店(San Martin Cartagena)

Generally very good and would recommend. Lovely grounds. Like a mansion. Good location. Staff are so sweet, friendly and adorable. Basic but nice room with air conditioning, fridge, safe and more. A 4 instead of 5 rating was that the bathroom was very small and despite the hotel being clean, there were a lot of stray hairs and a nail cutting I saw! They just need to tighten on this.

Não sei se espaço era uma antiga cava! Os quartos cheiram a mofo! Frigobar estava desligado, portanto, não tinha como deixar nada gelado assim como não tinha nada! Chuveiro frio, reclamei 3 vezes e nada! Pedi por 2 vezes tapete (piso) e estou esperando até agora! Por outro lado, tive outras necessidades de fui prontamente atendido pela recepção mesmo por mensagem!

Excelente servicio del personal del comedor, muy atentos, el desayuno muy rico. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, supermercados, restaurantes y a una cuadra de la playa

I booked it for my girlfriend and they had an additional charge which is very bad and that hotel is one of the worse as my girlfriend was telling me the Wi-Fi is really bad and the bed is also very hard which I would not recommend to my worse enemy.

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Nice room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. I wish they have hair conditioner because I forgot mine. Hotel provided 2 little bottles of shampoo. TV cable could be improved with movie channels.

El hotel conserva la esencia de lo tradicional rodeada de la modernidad de Bocagrande y sin descuidar la amabilidad y perfecta presentación de sus habitaciones. Ademas su perfecta ubicación te hace tener restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, bancos y servicios turísticos a la mano.

A very nice, and strategically-located hotel! The AC was excellent! Hot shower although the shower head must've been broken because I only got a stream of water rather than a rainfall-type-of shower! It was not a problem for me! My room didn't have a blanket, and I never asked for one! Breakfast was decent! Staff very friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again!

Wifi was good. Staff mostly friendly and check-in fast. The room had an excellent air conditioner and nice shower. The location is convenient. The breakfast was ok but with stingy portions. Usually the breakfast is much better and generous at Colombian hotels. I left at 12:01 a ninute late, and was rushed out of the room. Then I tried to use the computer downstairs in the lobby for an hour before going to the airport, but It was way too warm and they had the ceiling fan off.

This hotel is unique, location is incredible, the terrace is something you will not find in any other hotel in the area ( including the big hotels chains) I will return to this hotel.
