The Hotel itself was alright. It was a cute place to stay and directly at the sea. Unfortunately the water wasn‘t that clear as you would expect from carribean sea. The breakfast wasn‘t enough and not even drinking water was included. Our room was very small and something smelled like pee. Its very hard to get somewhere by car because the only road to the hotel is total sh*t. Staff was friendly but very slow as well.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectarse de la rutina frente al mar. Hecho con gusto exquisito pensando en los huéspedes que quieran estar en contacto con la naturaleza y en armonía con una decoración muy agradable. La comida es excelente el menú representa la culinaria local.

Excelente servicio, personal super atento y servicial. Comida deliciosa y de calidad. Ambiente tranquilo para descansar y relajarse. Fueron muy amables al dejarnos guardar nuestro equipaje en el hotel de Cartagena mientras nos paseabamos en la ciudad antigua. Recomiendo al 100%.

Heel fijn superrustig verblijf. Heel vriendelijk personeel. De natuur op dit afgelegen plekje was zeer aangenaam. Ook het eten was lekker. Jammer dat het weer minder was. Door de storm konden we helaas las Islas Rosarios niet bezoeken en konden we de azuurblauwe kleur van de zee niet bewonderen.Maar daar kan.niemand iets aan doen

Paz total, es un lugar hermoso y absolutamente tranquilo, nada de ruido, el personal es muy amable, la comida deliciosa, el mejor lugar para desconectarse y relajarse. Se pueden ver amaneceres y atardeceres increíbles gracias a la ubicación del lugar. Sencillamente increíble.

Nous avons été particulièrement déçus de notre expérience dans cet hôtel qui a première vue avait l’air super. Les chambres supérieures sont très petites, et surtout très mal insonorisées (on entend tout ce qu’il se passe chez les voisins). De plus, lors de notre retour nous avons été forcés de monter sur des motos sans protection pendant 30 minutes avec nos sacs ( on nous a d’abord proposé 1 moto pour 3). Soulignons qu’un taxi avait réussi à venir jusqu’à l’hôtel mais que le notre ne pouvait pas à cause de la route. Il nous a fait du chantage lorsque nous sommes arrivés à destination. Nous avons demandé un dédommagement pour cette expérience très décevante, qui nous a mit en danger et surtout qui n’était pas à la hauteur du prix, excessif, que nous avons payer. Dédommagement qui nous a été proposé sans prendre en compte nos remarques et impossibilités. L’équipe n’a rien voulu savoir et ne nous répond désormais plus. C’est bien de dédommager les clients, mais il faut que cela soit possible et utile pour eux sinon autant ne pas faire cette démarche. La nourriture est très chere pour des quantités pas très garnies et le petit déjeuner et très basique avec 2 tranches de pain et des fruits. Les activités proposées par l’hôtel sont sympa mais toujours extrêmement chères.

Es un lugar para relajarse, muy tranquilo aunque en las habitaciones se oye todo. Para llegar al hotel es complicado porque una buena parte de la pista tiene muchos huecos y no está asfaltada , asi que ninguna aplicación de taxi te servirá a nadie le gusta conducir por ahi. No hay nada cerca para poder ir a comprar El desayuno y en general l el menu deberia de mejorar , no hay buenas opciones , teniendo Colombia tanta variedad de frutas te dan siempre lo mismo.

las almohadas super deliciosas . fui por una sola noche, me quise quedar 2 dias mas con mi familia. lo recomiendo mucho... la comida .. era muy buena-.. su personal. bien uniformado y serciciales... volveria a ir en una proxima visita a cartagena

El valor total con el que se hace la reserva, no es tan total porque falta el IVA, a pesar de que dice IVA incluído, en mi opinión es publicidad engañosa, porque cuando vas a pagar asumes ese adicional. Por lo demás ha sido un destino fantástico, muy cómodo.

This place is shockingly bad. It’s dilapidated, dirty, with dingy rooms, almost no facilities and staff and management that don’t care about their guests. Dinner must be ordered by 6pm and eaten outside on pub benches between 6-8pm; there is no other communal area unless you count the shower and toilet block that looks like something from a campsite. I am stunned there are any decent reviews and question the validity of the ones here. Please don’t attempt to get there by road as the final bit is dirt tracks with huge holes. If you arrive by boat, don’t expect the staff to greet you like something out of White Lotus - they let you get your own bags out of the boat. Once there you are entirely at the mercy of the staff as you can’t go anywhere, it’s like a prison with a nice view. We managed 24 hours before deciding to escape, clearly we aren’t the first guests to do this and we’re told “no refund” and then they tried to charge us for 7 meals and umpteen drinks. Most of the backpacker hostels I stayed in 25 years ago in Africa, South America and SE Asia were better than this place. Setting fire to the place would probably improve it and by the looks of the garden various people have had a go. I implore you to not book here, it’s full of people who know they’ve been conned. Its awful!

This is a super small and quiet resort. Not much to do but relax, play in the pool, go kayaking and go on the beach. The beach itself is pretty rocky with minimal sand. Since the resort is isolated, can’t really do anything except excursions through the resort. Some nice things about the place is the people are very nice although they speak minimal English. Most of the food is good although we can only buy it from the resort. The suite that we had was very nice. Make sure to bring snacks and water or you have to buy from the resort or if you know Spanish you can go into town and buy it items. Bring mosquito repellent! They do have kayaks, snorkeling gear and water shoes for free! We stayed for 3 nights with our kids, I don’t think I’d stay much longer than that.

What a gem of a place!! Hotel is beautiful, remote, and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. We arrived on a boat and the staff greeted us on dock. We loved relaxing by the pool and beach, enjoyed the complimentary kayaks, and did a few massages at spa on dock that we highly recommend. The food/drinks at restaurant was very delicious and gourmet, and the service was incredible. If you’re looking for a lowkey remote place, this is it!! Note it’s not a party hotel and is very remote. We did have a small room, which we didn’t mind since we were always outside. We had an issue with AC, which they quickly addressed and fixed (thank you!!). Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful trip of a lifetime!!!

The staff is very friendly and the service is good. The hotel itself is nice enough, quiet and secluded, quite hard to find though, specially if you are driving. The food is quite expensive and not a lot of variety in the menu and no restaurants around.
