This hotel is terrible: no hot water, internet wi-fi going up and down, poor breakfast

Small boutique hotel with limited services. Nice staff but lack of amenities. Poor limited breakfast. No drinking water available after free bottle at arrival. Poor room cleaning

Great hotel! Air conditioned rooms so the rooms were perfectly chilled. Breakfast was good and the wifi too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For my girlfriends birthday they organized a cake and balloons!

The hotel is new and much better kept than most of the similar hotels in the area. Great location to great food and drink. The free breakfast is great! Quiet location in the bustling area of Getsemani and a short walk to downtown.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us because it was within walking distance to many restaurants, and local vendors and a 9-minute drive to the Old Town. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the hot water was good as well. All the staff was pleasant, polite, and professional. They were very attentive and had a willingness to address issues while going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. However, some adjustments need to be made to improve the guest experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were wondering if it was closed because the door was locked. We had to knock for someone to let us in and that continued for the rest of our stay. Whenever we went out and came back, we had to knock. Also, for the nights we came back late, two females would be the ones answering the door, which seemed unsafe for them and the guests. We would also get a Whatsapp message with the same breakfast menu every night, requesting for us to place our order for the next morning. That made us feel pressured into giving a response and it was quite unfair because sometimes we couldn’t easily change our minds the next morning. The constant back and forth on the phone took time away from us enjoying our vacation. There was also loud music that was played every morning which interrupted our rest. We forgot to put the DND sign outside one night and the housekeeper entered our room early in the morning without knocking. Cleaning was also only available in the morning, so we had no choice but to wake up early if we wanted fresh sheets and towels. In addition to that, we requested an iron and iron board but we were told that the hotel did not have an iron board. The iron we received burnt a large hole in a brand new dress 30 seconds after it was plugged in, while on the lowest heat. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and they simply apologized but there was no compensation for the inconvenience, which was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Upon checking out, we were also given a form to fill out with our information and a rating of our stay at the hotel. The form also included a request for feedback, which was to be submitted before we left. We opted not to complete the form because no hotel should be forcing their guests to provide signed feedback on spot, that is what the booking reviews are for. These issues need to be addressed for the guest experience to be more positive.

Personnel très aimable et à votre service. Ils parlent anglais. Chambre confortable, seul bémol, l'eau chaude est difficile à régler. Au petit déjeuner, c'est dommage les fruits sortent du frigo et sont presque congelé.

Está muy bien ubicado. Las instalaciones y el desayuno muy bien. La ropa de cama y las toallas necesitan más limpieza.
