Very poor sound dampening between rooms on all sides.Between hearing neighbours conversations and tvs, to doors opening and closing, people using their bathrooms and the in-room fridge that made loud noises every hour when it ran we barely slept. Lobby is under renovation and all sheeted off but offered no discount. Was very expensive for amenities provided. All finishes in room were of low/poor quality. I asked to be credited for my Hilton Honours points and was told I couldn’t since I booked on ******* which is not correct. When we arrived, ac in room was set at 60 and despite the fact that I reset it immediately as we were freezing, it never got warm enough to be comfortable before we checked out the next morning. Town is great with amazing local flavour but this hotel is a black eye on Hilton’s reputation.
